A stylish and comfortable villa in a great location, slightly affected by noise from nearby construction.

The room was very clean and modern, the villa was spacious, and having a kitchen was a big plus. The staff were friendly, there are many great places and the beach within walking distance, and the local guidebook with recommended spots was very useful.

There is no laundry service, and there is a lot of construction nearby, which makes it quite noisy.

Overall amazing

Almost Everything

The room is very exposed to the sun which is great but with the glass door facing the pool and the doors leading to the open air kitchen and bathroom, the air conditionning was not strong enough during the day to cool of the room and in the evening the room was fresh enough but not cool. It was not clear if the air conditionner was a bit damaged by the reccurrent power surges or if the room is just not well insulated or a mix of both.

Elemen was absolutely spot on for our needs, set out perfectly for 2 couples . Fishings were lovely , beds comfortable and staff fab

We had construction noise one day for a-bit , But it didn’t really stress us out too much . We just turned up our music a little .

Lovely stay

The studio we stayed was great. The bed was super comfortable and cozy. The shower and bathtub are great. It met our expectations.

There aren’t many restaurants or shops nearby. There’s a lot of construction in the area, but it wasn’t a big deal for us.

The fact it's surrounded in building sites and constant noise and mess, but that's the whole of Uluwatu, so don't let that put you off this property - it's a stunner.

One too many bugs

Extremely kind and friendly staff readily available to respond at any given time. They helped us with all of our requests. We booked 2 villas at this location. The rooms are aesthetically pleasing, with a private pool. Loved that they had welcome coconuts to greet us in the rooms.

One thing you should know about this place is that it is a bit rustic and not walkable to much. If you’re into the jungle vibes, outdoor noises,and outdoor bathroom and shower. It is rather inconvenient to go to bathroom at night since you have to lock the door each time and go outside. It is next to a lot of construction and the road is unpaved, which was the cause of all the bugs in the rooms. It is also pitch black and dark when you get into the villa, I found the place a bit scary at night since it is not well lit. There were bugs (millipedes, worms, cockroaches) in the shower and in my room. Overall you should only stay here if you enjoy nature, this is more of glamping stay. I put a towel under the bathroom door to prevent more bugs from coming in.

A Beautiful Base in Uluwatu!

Beautiful modern private villa in Uluwatu. Well located & quiet. The road to the villa is unfinished & there are nearby building works that may disrupt your rest - however this was not an issue for us! The staff were friendly & helpful & responded quickly to any questions we had. A very well thought out space, we loved the incense, which we burned each day 😊 A good base for your adventures in Uluwatu.

The villas are a great start for your Bali journey.

We had a very nice stay! Rooms: The rooms are very nice and clean. You have your own pool. The bed is comfortable (but it might help to bring your sleep mask with you). They have a water dispenser which was very helpful. You can make your own coffee in the morning, as there is a little kitchen outside. Staff: The staff is also very friendly and will help you via WhatsApp at short notice in case of any issues. Location: With a scooter, you are able to visit many places in southern Uluwatu within a few minutes. It takes 45-60 minutes to the airport. Price: The price is higher than for other hotels/villas on Bali. All of our other accommodations were less expensive. However, the quality of this accommodation is also very high!

Entspannter Aufenthalt im Studio ANGKASA

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Studio ANGKASA war wunderschön und hatte genug platz für 2 Personen. Das Bett war sehr bequem und gross. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten uns erholen.

Le principe de cette villa est sympa. La literie est très confortable. Le coin cuisine est agréable et le distributeur d'eau est bien pratique

La salle de bain et particulièrement la douche, l'évacuation de l'eau ne se fait pas bien, elle se retrouve plein la salle de bain. Les finitions ne sont pas terrible, la rouille est déjà présente sur les châssis, les clous sur les planches de bois sont aussi rouillés. Le problème de l'air conditionné qui se trouve à la tête de lit. L'accès à la villa est toujours à l'état de chantier, vue sur un terrain vague et sur des nouvelles constructions. Le prix est trop important pour ce genre de finition, nous sommes sur un cube de 70 m/2 avec une "piscine " de 4 mètres sur 1,8 m
