The staff and management of this place are excellent and any issue that arise they are completely on to it and proactive .

Property was lovely, very clean, very friendly staff. It is tucked away at the end of a road but still convenient to get to shops, restaurants, cafes, etc. Hot tub/ice bath was nice to have but did take some time to switch between the two settings. Sauna was lovely. Rooftop workout area, pool, facilities, etc were a great perk. Sunrise yoga on the roof was a treat.

Nothing the property could do, but there was a lot of noise nearby from the properties/farms next to the hotel. We would recommend upgrading the glass and sliding doors in the rooms for better noise control.

Loved the rooftop gym, pool, sauna etc. Very pretty sunrise and sunsets up there. My room was great, very spacious and it had what I needed for a good stay. Amazing large bed too. Having a washing machine in my unit was key. It's within walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, gyms etc. easy to get Grabs in the area too (albeit down a narrow street). Very attentive front desk.

The building is quite noisy. There is a farm next door with roosters and cows. The roosters are very noisy, and the sliding doors lack gaskets to keep outside noise out. Spoke to the front desk about this and hopefully they can figure out a fix for it. If you're a light sleeper take earplugs.

Staff were very nice and accomodating, and the rooms are very comfortable and clean. It has a nice view from the rooftop.

The facilities are severly lacking. This is not a place to relax at - though the rooms are nice, you cannot use the pool during the day (it is basically a hot bath with very limited shade) and there is no where to buy food or drink. There is absolutely no vibe here - even though it was booked out, it felt completely dead. Don't stay here if looking for somewhere in Bali to relax and unwind - we had to use facilities at other hotels. We did request a refund and it was denied by the staff (though noting the staff are lovely and nice). Also Bingin beach has been completely demolished so you need to travel via car to a beach.
