Very satisfied with my stay in Padawatu Villas

I was happy with my stay in Padawatu Villas. It was in a good location and the staff were very helpful, professional, and kind. The pool was cozy and beautiful at night time. Overall, it’s a very clean and beautiful villa with a great view, a spacious balcony, and everything in good working order.

The only downside was that the pool was mostly in the shade due to the surrounding walls, making it harder to sunbathe and tan, though not impossible. Also, the sunbeds were in a tight space and facing different directions because of the limited area. Still, this doesn’t take away from the fact that everything else was perfect, and the staff were very helpful.

- the view from the room and mini pool - bedding - clean bathroom - 5-7mins ride away to the uluwatu centre by bike( road not safe if you arent an experienced rider) - checkin and flexible checkout - location was quite from the bustling uluwatu centre

- quilt provided on request basis - no restaurants or cafe close by - A bit overpriced - No TV

Amazing place in Uluwatu, very close to everything you need. The villa is modern, neat, and has everything you could wish for. Beautiful views, a great pool, and extremely helpful staff. The food was also fantastic!

The room had a private pool which was in open therefore it attracted a lot of mosquitoes. However that is to be expected so not much of a complaint.

We had an incredible stay. If I could’ve, I would’ve given it an 11/10! The staff were so nice and helpful, making us feel like we were in a really warm and inviting space. Our sea view/pool room was so nice and we are already planning our next trip there!

Not worth the money.

The view was very amazing.

This accommodation is very far up a steep winding road, having a scooter is a must, Grab car is useful but makes the journey longer. Very strange musty smell, made worse by the bathroom smell as you can't flush toilet paper. Very noisy, can hear absolutely everything people talking, walking and doors slamming into the early hours of the morning. We left after 2 nights into a 5day stay as we just couldn't sleep. The one bedroom villa is merely a room not a villa. No wardrobe only a 5 hanger rail in the musty smelling bathroom, no other facilities other than a mini fridge, there's one kettle with a few tea bags/coffee between all rooms in a communal area. One beanbag on the deck could do with better outdoor seating to enjoy the view.

The bathroom smell was terrible as the toilet and washbasin pipe are together so it’l smelt like toilet. Also the bathroom is open plan but it’s next to the lounge area so anyone sitting out can hear everything. They should also put a fan in the lounge area

great place in general

The location is fantastic, but the room was smaller than we expected. The shower is very spacious, which was a great bonus. We were hoping for a private swimming pool, similar to the other two places we stayed at in Bali. Unfortunately, the pool was extremely cold—I didn’t swim at all. For women, I’d say it’s too chilly and could be uncomfortable or potentially cause issues later.

Very nice accomodation with a stunning view. It definitely met all expectations.

The host was super helpful arranging things and got us checked in early. Looked after our bags etc.

It is up a massive hill so you need to either be super fit to walk to town and back, take gojek/grabs or be confident enough driving to hire a scooter. It’s not a big issue considering the view from the top.

Nice but overpriced

Beautiful view, very comfortable bed, good hot water and water pressure. Lovely hosts and staff who tried their best to accomodate and welcome.

It wasn’t what we expected. Verandah next to pool was a bit smelly and lots of mosquitos. The pool pump was on the verandah and loud, construction happening nearby. Door to verandah didn’t lock properly. Overall the Villa is nice but not what expected for the price point. Perhaps the main Villa would be nicer as it looks like it’s higher up from the ground.

Fabulous, definitely will be back!

Absolutely stunning private villa and infinity pool overlooking the sea. Hosts where fabulous, nothing was an issue. Tintu booked and then personally collected our Fire dance tickets to make sure we didn't miss out.

The villa is a 5min bike trip to local restaurants and the beach, but bikes are for hire at the villa.

Excellent views but ok everywhere else.

The view was stunning, with a gorgeous pool which overlooked the mountains. There were also great little details outside, as in the swing set. Beautiful scenery.

The manager was very hard to get a hold of. The TV did not work in the property, and it didn’t seem as though it was attempted to be fixed (the manager never followed up with us after the initial look over). In addition to this, the house was a sauna and was exceptionally hard to cool down (when we arrived). The manager cleaned the property on our second day, and turned the cooling off again. This was very dissapointing to come back to after a long day, and the house being hotter inside, than it was outside (plus the extra few hours it took to cool it down again). I was overall not as happy with the stay as I wanted to be.

Stunning views! Would definitely visit again

Amazing views and pool area. was very peaceful as you were away from everything. Villa also had everything we needed. Gebe was fantastic with looking after us.

A bit far from everything so a scooter is a must. There are no shops or cafes in walking distance. also 2 back rooms are a little dark. There are lots of mosquitos so you’ll need to take spray. Wifi isn’t great if you need to work or take calls.

the villa is much better than it looks from the photos, view is amazing. away from the hustle and bustle but not far from town. mind the road because it is not easy to drive there at night if you are not experienced.

Amazing stay at Villa Padawatu

The view is absolutely stunning! The whole property was exceptional and Gede, the property manager was so kind and helpful. It is the perfect little villa and great to share with some friends. It is quite hilly but no problem with a scooter and very close to town and Padang Padang beach. I highly recommend.

The location is great if you want to be in Uluwatu, shops, food,etc all within a few mins if you have car or rent a bike. Classic Bali....beaches, sunset, ocean view, pool....

You need a new BBQ, the one there is not so safe anymore bit rusted.

Dreamy!!

The property was beautiful with the most stunning views! It was very easy to rent a motorcycle and reach the shops, cafes, restaurants and beaches. The property was very clean and we slept incredibly well! Gede was so helpful and kind! Nothing was too much trouble and he was an absolute gentleman. If we get the chance to visit Bali again, this is the first place we will be revisiting!
