Ideal for large groups - great location.

The location, the bedrooms were all excellent. It had may rooms, so ideal for large groups.

The air con was intermittent, the electric kept tripping and the downstairs wasn't clean in the seating area. The upstairs bathroom toilet did have a leak and some damage to the shower step, meaning the floor was constantly soaking wet.

Beautiful place — but unfortunately, poor maintenance and zero support completely ruined the experience.

Beautiful place and nice area

The place is beautiful and definitely Instagrammable, but unfortunately our stay was very disappointing: • The master bedroom has no proper ceiling, so all the mosquitoes get in easily, and the air conditioner can’t cool the room properly due to the open gaps around the roof. It was impossible to sleep there, so no one could even use the master bedroom. • The bottom bedroom aircon was broken, so we had terrible sleep for all 5 nights without any cooling. • The main power switch kept tripping, leaving us without electricity several times a day, and we had to reset it constantly. • There was a lack of response from the management when we reported these issues, which made things even more frustrating.

The villa is unsafe. A broken cable caused an electrical fault near the bathroom.

It's a nice, beautiful villa. The garden was nice; there's also Netflix and YouTube Premium. And ibu Made was really helpful.

1. There's a broken cable causing an electrical fault near the bathroom. When we asked the staff to check it, he received an electric shock. I saw sparks from the cable. Luckily, we noticed it. Imagine, I have a five-year-old child with me; it could have ended badly if we hadn't been paying attention. It's not a safe villa. Please conduct a safety inspection. 2. During our stay, there was a power outage. Almost all hotels or villas provide lights or candles, but we didn't find any. Luckily, Ibu Made checked on us and gave us one candle, but one candle is not enough for the whole villa. 3. The swimming pool is great, but the floor is broken and has sharp edges. 4. During our stay, there was heavy rain. There were leaks in the bathroom and bedroom. In my opinion, this villa needs renovation.

Very disappointing, pool contaminated and mouldy wet villa

Location was great , shame about the villa , 2 of the 5 rooms smelt mouldy , we then found out why after rain one night one of the rooms was 4 inches deep in water Another room the roof leaked , both of these leaking rooms all luggage was then wet , staff did not seem to care The whole experience was very disappointing

The major issue was the pool, on arrival it looked ok , then on the second day we asked the staff to have the pool attended to, she did but all he did was thrown a bit of chlorine in - subsequently by day 3 the pool was completely green and we were then told we could not use the pool This also ruined the remainder of the holiday for 6 of us with major ear infections , unable to swim for the rest of the holiday and 2 people wound up in hospital having ears drained as severe infections Totally unacceptable, the staff just shrugged their shoulders

Great villa but shower heater didn't work

We absolutely love the vibe of the villa. The room is very spacuious, clean and comfortable too. The manager Made is also very responsive with good attitude to fullfil our request due to shower heater not working.

The shower heater didn't work throughout our 4 days of stay. This has greatly affected the experience of our family trip :(

Lovely quiet area but walking or taxi distance to shops and beach.

There was no breakfast but a small walk to a cafe or the cafe could deliver

The pool was dirty when we arrived which was a shock, but pool guys came promptly and had it clean by nightfall first day.

Fun but tired

Great space for relaxing with friends. Pool and pool table were great. Big rooms and the staff were really nice. Close to some good shopping and cafes. A couple clubs nearby (hatch and tabu) which were pretty solid. Padang Padang 15min walk.

The place is quite worn down. Sheets felt dirty. Upstairs outside rooms were pretty hot. A bit of a walk to shops. Hosts didn't reply on whatsapp when messaged prior to booking. Would recommend max 3 nights here.

The stay was disappointing

The common areas were good

There was constant disruptions to the electricity, which caused the AC and fans to randomly stop working throughout the day/night, we had to manually reset the electricity our selves. There was also no hot water until the night before we had to check out. And we did not receive fresh towels until asking on the final night. In comparison to other places we stayed the value for money and service were appealing.

To be very honest , the location was good but that’s about the only thing we liked about the property. Had no hot water for 4 days, electricity kept on tripping and rooms were extremely dusty. Not to mention one room had a broken shower and main bedroom had a terrible drain smell in bathroom

Great location and house only a few complaints regarding power and water.

The location is perfect for anyone who loves to surf, it is in the middle of the three main surf breaks in uluwatu and only a 5 minute walk from the main strip with lots of breakfast and restaurants along it. we went with 10 friends and the entertaining area proved fantastic, the pool table is great and the whole area is great.

the power and water went out a couple of times and the pool is a tad green, we all swam in the pool and are fine it could just use a good clean.

very nice place would probably get two seperate family villas for our needs next time

it was a fantastic place for two families to be able to stay together.

we had two families staying together, only having one really great main bedroom upstairs with the spa, bathroom, balcony meant one adult couple had to stay in a way less inferior room to the other which wasn’t great. also it’s a very open plan house, wanting to enjoy the house at night with all of the kids as it was too far to go out at night and having to quiet right down by nine was really disappointing, we thought at least ten is fair.

Die Villa ist super schön und perfekt für eine große Gruppe oder Familien. Die Zimmer sind alle sauber und klimatisiert. In einer vorherigen Bewertung wurde von Bedbugs im oberen Bett geschrieben; Wir haben jetzt knapp eine Woche in den genannten Betten geschlafen: Es gibt definitiv keine Bedbugs in den Betten. Besonders gut hat uns der Pool gefallen, der auch jeden Morgen gesäubert wird. Die Lage der Villa ist ebenfalls top, man hört nichts vom Lärm der großen Straßen, trotzdem ist man mit dem Roller innerhalb von 2 Minute direkt wieder an mehreren Restaurants und Geschäften. Sehr günstiger Wäscheservice. Besonders positiv wird uns die Managerin in Erinnerung bleiben. Diese war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und war zu jeder Uhrzeit sofort erreichbar. Definitive Empfehlung für diese Villa !

Abends vereinzelt Stechmücken, was sich durch den offenen Bau der Villa nicht vermeiden lässt. Zum Schlafen gibt es aber auch Fliegennetze über manchen Betten.
