We left early, property not suitable for us and the pool was not usable during our stay

Filtered water provided Living area enclosed and air conditioned Netflix on the TV which was nice to enjoy while kids were sleeping Small collection of kids toys

- Stairs are unreasonable steep not suitable for families or seniors - The bedroom with bunks is external to the rest of the villa and next to the pool so not suitable for children, there is also no bottom runners on the doors for this room so they just bang around in the wind. We didn’t use this room after the first 3 nights of our almost 4 week booking - No blinds in the upstairs bathroom so when my mum got out of the shower the neighbour saw her naked - smoke/incense in the downstairs bedroom from external celebrations (likely brought in from aircon unit) because even with all doors closed it came in and wasn’t safe for our baby napping. Thankfully this didn’t happen every day. - No curtains in the downstairs bedroom for bathroom glass doors so no sleep ins or naps for baby as it stayed light. We ended up getting black out plastic to stick in the glass - Water pump is loud next to the upstairs bedroom - pool was green for most of our stay and it seems based off the recent reviews for most of January so I highly recommend avoiding this accommodation if a pool is highly desired - Low water pressure for toilets making it difficult to flush - Tiny bin in the kitchen and fridge quite small for a villa this size ( - We actually had to book alternative accommodation with no option to refund any part of our stay given we booked a 3 bedroom villa and couldn’t use two of the bedrooms due to unreasonably steep stairs and an external bedroom not adequately described on the listing. And the only accessible third bedroom was the one with an intermittent smoke smell We left for 10 days to stay at alternative accommodation with only 10% refund offered. came back and the pool was still green, so we ended up out of pocket and inconvenienced and had to book another place for the remainder of our month long holiday

We enjoyed our 6 night stay - 2 adults and 3 teenagers…

Good location walking distance to shops / restaurants but far enough away to reduce noise impact. Putu was amazing, in a few hours she provided amazing breakfast, did a clean up and was vey warm and welcoming.

The only downside was pool maintenance - it turned green twice and we couldn’t use. Needed to be flocked a couple times so we were without a pool for 2-3 days of stay. Probably needs a filter upgrade... We had rain but other villa we stayed at didn't have that problem.

The property is great and comfortable and secure. Pool is nice and shady which keeps the water cool. Indah and Putu were amazing! The breakfasts were delicious!

Main shower was either boiling hot or cold. Couldn’t get it warm.

Amazing Villa and staff Terima Kasih 5 stars

The villa is spacious and very comfortable for a family. Beds are great as are the bathrooms. Pool and living area excellent. Clean & roomy. Brilliant breakfasts by Putu and Indah is very accomodating with requests and helpful service. Short walk down a lane to eat street. Would definitely book here again.

Great location for restaurants, and proximity to the heart of Seminyak.

Location was great for proximity to restaurants. It was a secluded spot so traffic noise was inperceptible. Putu cooked breakfast every day and was very pleasant to speak with, and accommodating of our group's requests. Indah was also very responsive to any concerns.

There was a septic smell from the upstairs ensuite suggesting there was no sewer trap on the fixtures. The pool was out of action for 4 of the 6 days we stayed as it was either brown, cloudy, or both. This was one of the main reasons we booked a villa so it was disappointing. The response from the property host was rapid on each request for service, even out of hours, but did not resolve the pool issues. The issue with the property is clearly with the property owners and not the staff working there.

A peaceful stay with great staff and a functional setup, but let down by ongoing maintenance issues.

The cook was fantastic and very prompt, the cleaning staff did a good job, and the downstairs air conditioning kept the living areas comfortable. The location was peaceful, and the linen felt fresh and clean.

Maintenance was lacking — the pool went brown, upstairs air con was weak, and several fixtures including windows, doors, and stairs were either weathered or not functioning properly. The toilets were also problematic: the downstairs toilet struggled to flush with enough force, and the upstairs toilet had a lingering off egg smell. We were initially given incorrect check-in details, which made for a frustrating start.

Fabulous location for a family vacation. Centrally located, quiet and all the comforts of home.

Quiet location that was still close to all of the best restaurants and shops in Seminyak. Very roomy villa, massive space for the family. Fabulous breakfast by Putu each morning which was lovely and a highlight of the trip Staff were very attentive, resolved any issues quickly.

Do not expect a good and comfortable stay.

Location, breakfast and hosts.

2nd story bedroom accessible by very steep stairs, very dangerous. Also wobbly stairs. 3rd bedroom (bunks) is very small, cannot keep luggage in the room. Water pressure is terrible. Using bore water, very hard to wash. 90% of doors and windows are warped. Doors don't open, or close. Gaps everywhere letting in mosquitoes

An oasis in the middle of the center

the property was in a perfect location. It's right in the middle, but still in the second row in a totally quiet location. It is very clean and nicely furnished. We lacked nothing. We were treated very well and the breakfast was excellent. I couldn't find a flaw and would go back anytime.☺️

Exceptional

Location and the service from the staff, especially the freshly made breakfast each morning, was exceptional. There were 6 of us staying at the villa and the value for money can't be beaten.

Only downside I could note was the lower queen room doors had massive gaps when closed on both the ensuite and main entrance door, which allowed an invasion of mozzies each night, forcing us to wear repellent to bed.

Great villa and a fantastic location

The property was very clean and private. It was located just behind Ginger Moon and had easy access to all restaurant and shopping facilities. A maid is provided every morning to make breakfast and the clean the villa, she was amazing and provided a great breakfast each morning.

It did get a bit noisy at night, but that's expected for a villa in the heart of Seminyak.

A little oasis

The location of this villa is perfect. Very central location in Seminyak with an easy walk to everything. The main bedroom and bathroom downstairs are really nice. In general, the place is clean and tidy. Ketut, the cleaner/caretaker is lovely and very happy to help with anything. She made an assortment of breakfasts such as omelette, fried rice, toast, noodles, scrambled eggs, pancakes, coffee etc There are several dogs in the alley way leading to the villa, we found them harmless even though they barked a lot. They could be scary for young kids though. In summary, this villa is lovely with just a few problems that need to be addressed. If the smell in the upstairs bathroom is fixed, we would stay here again.

The smell in the upstairs bathroom is unbearable. It is so terrible and needs to be fixed urgently. There are several reviews complaining about the smell and obviously nothing has been done about it. We were thinking about re-booking this villa, however the smell in the upstairs bathroom means we would not re book without a guarantee that is has been fixed. Also, in the bedroom with bunks there are small animals (either rats or squirrels) that get into the room. They left droppings on the beds and on our luggage. The unicorn was broken when we arrived and left next to the rubbish bin at the entrance of the villa for our whole stay of 10 days. No other pool toys were provided for our use. The pool is lovely, however is only in the sun for about an hour each day. If you're someone who likes to laze by the pool in the sun, this pool is very sheltered. Also only 2 sun lounges available which wasn't enough for 5 of us. Guests also need to know a taxi can't drive right to the door of the villa, so luggage will have to be carried/wheeled down the alley way. The stairs to the upstairs bedroom are extremely steep which could prove difficult for less mobile guests.
