Not the best for wet season

We have booked this place for my sister-in-law’s through my booking app as it looked so clean and good but going in was honestly not what it looks like in the photos with a few rainy days they could not even sit outside as the lounge and kitchen was outdoor they had to spend most of the days in the room villa was not cleaned at all pool was so dirty they could not even use it my brother inlaw had to complain about the pool for them to come and clean so kids can go in pool size is small not suitable for families with kids and defiantly not good for rainy days

Location was great, the villa was very spacious, great pool area and bedrooms were lovely. Pool had sunlight all day which was great. Most villas have limited sun du to their orientation or buildings surrounding them. This one was fantastic. Pool was awesome. Beds comfy.

place was exceptional. the only thing missing was some nice garden features around the pool and in the downstairs ensuite bathroom. These areas just looked little bare. it's a small criticism really. the place was perfect and such good value.

Amazing

Amazingly spacious very clean and comfortable. Staff and management were gracious and took very good care of my family. Left my jewellery behind and instead of doing the unfortunate they reached out and sent me a message to which very I’m extremely grateful for.

Everything about this Villa was shockingly disgusting. The pool very dirty, around the pool very disgusting mould and just cracked paint and marks everywhere. The shower/ toilet / bathroom was very dark and bugs & insects everywhere , cant even use the bathroom or toilet at night because of the bugs. Kitchen and living room very average and out dated. The whole place needs a renovation & upgrade. I will never stay here again.

Exceptional brief stay!

Everything was just perfect from host Ayu was lovely and very efficient, met all my requirements. It's just such a well designed villa and quiet, i felt safe as it was just me there. Enjoyed the bali villa all to myself! So lucky to experience all to myself. Thank you Aya and Widd the maintenence man for promptly coming over to help me with door and oven. Dreamy villa

3x big room space Nice pool (small size but it's ok) Kitchen, fridge all good Dining / hanging spot large space but the LED lighting it's almost 24hr and a little painful in the at night. Room cleaning n service daily Laundry at a good price

This property is honestly amazing, however you have to be quiet careful with the photos that are presented as you won’t be receiving the same exact villa, the villa we stayed in had different stairs the pool was much smaller and the beds did not look like the photos. Due to it being decent enough we decided not to take it up with the owners and stay anyway. You had cleaners coming in everyday to do up the bed (not change sheets) they would only fix the bed, we couldn’t change sheets more than twice a week. We had to request a towel change few times as they wouldn’t automatically do it. Apart from all that this villa is actually very nice but for the money we paid I wouldn’t do it again.

Some of the downsides are things like no hot water, it’s quiet a distance away from everything (you’re better off booking in central Seminyak) and as well as needing to request for basic things such as towel change, sheet change etc. One of our very negative experiences was with one of the security guards that I believe worked outside the villa or maybe close to the villa who assisted a grab driver to try and scam us while paying him money for our order. If it is not from the villa then they should investigate the type of people working within their premises as that made us very uncomfortable. You’re definitely gonna some cockroaches here and there but they’re common in bali. Also with the amount of money you pay here you can get somewhere else with a whole heaps options such as breakfast and things that you don’t get here. However we did enjoy our stay we just wished it didn’t turn out to be as pricy.

The villa had plenty of room and was nice and open. We had a great stay there. The people who tan it as well as the cleaners and security were so lovely and helpful.

Basically the worst villa I even been ! No hot water , so bad mattress , dirty everywhere, location like horror movies , problem with opening the door , AC so dirty , we arrive at midnight we left at 6am was so bad night ! Never again ! So old house !!!!

Vraiment dommage que le logement soit délaissé et que les propriétaires n’en prennent pas soin. Odeurs d’égouts qui remontent vraiment écœurantes, piscine verte et moisie.. on a pas pu se baigner une seule fois .. salle de bain extérieure pas très bien entretenu, toilettes sales.. c’est un peu loin du centre ville à pieds.

Fijn schoon huis, alles zag er nieuw uit! Goede service, alleen jammer dat je niet de villa krijgt die afgebeeld wordt.

Mooi huis met leuk interieur. Dichtbij het strand en leuke restaurantjes. Iedere dag kwamen de schoonmakers langs, wat erg fijn was!

Wij kregen niet de villa die op de afbeeldingen betoont wordt. Dit was een erge teleurstelling bij aankomst. De villa die ik had, had nauwelijks groen en planten waardoor het net een ziekenhuis leek, zo wit!
