It was beautiful!
I honestly wish I had spent more time in the villa than going out. The facilities were excellent
Everything was good

A fantastic stay, from the moment we arrived! The whole team were wonderful hosts throughout our entire stay. Any questions or requests were met quickly and without any fuss, and there was always a friendly staff member at the frnt desk. The highlight was on our final evening, the lovely manager Gede organized a surprise Birthday treat for my colleague - she was blown away! Thank you Ruma Villa's Team! Terima Kasih.
Nothing. The villa was exactly as described and as shown in the photos.

Overall, it was a great stay. The villa was clean, the staff were friendly, and the location was very convenient. The in-house services were great, and there’s a nice coffee shop nearby called Good Neighbour, great for daily coffee. Would definitely come back again.
Overall, good
