Villa Isabella

The villa is very spacious and beautiful, with everything we needed. The swimming pool is also lovely.

the attention to detail could be improved.

We ended up in Villa Lilja (next door) due to plumbing issues. It was a beautiful villa, very spacious. The beds and pillow were the best, so comfty.Pool and outdoor area was lovely. Close to local shops and a short walk to the busier area. Breakfast was ok, cooked by housecleaner, plenty to choose from but served cool. Takes awhile to get use to having the workers in the villa but they didn't stay long. We all enjoyed our stay here.

Would have been nice having food served hot but really not a huge issue as we could use the microwave.

Great location. Excellent service. One of the best villa for a group of people with spacious bedrooms, huge bathrooms with bathtub and shower, living room and dining area, kitchen, pool and outdoor deck.

Great villa but lacked a bit of maintenance & upkeep. Huge spacious villa. Nice entrance area & big backyard with lovely pool, daybed, deck chairs & bean bags to relax on & pretty frangipani trees. Huge kitchen with full appliances & big fridge, big living lounge area. Big bedrooms & bathrooms, all with nice sunken baths and big showers and liked the towel animals left on my bed at night, nice touch. Dewi was a great host. She met and welcomed us to the villa our first night which was lovely and we enjoyed a nice breakfast for our first morning cooked by the staff. Another great touch and idea for our first morning in Bali after getting in late. Dewi was very attentive on messages, checking about cleaning each day and always responsive to answer any q's and help.

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Isabella and generally it is a great villa but there were quite a few maintenance and property issues that needed fixing. Once fixed then everything would be great. The water cooler provided did not work - the water was not cold at all. We mentioned this but it was never fixed. It should be replaced with a new one. The TV downstairs does not work so that was a shame as our toddler was unable to watch tv in the lounge room. There was no toilet paper, hand towel or anything provided in the bathroom near the pool so that would've been good if that bathroom was serviced. The outdoor shower doesn't work & needs to be fixed. There were some stains on the daybed which should've been wiped off. The toiletries provided in the bathrooms were not stocked up. When we arrived there was only a quarter of body wash, shampoo & conditioner in the containers - these should've been filled up. Also not enough paper towel provided in the kitchen. The clothing rods in the wardrobes were so high, very hard to hang clothes up. Would be good if the rooms had a full-length mirror. The stair case is also very steep, huge steps. The main safety issue we found is with the pool - there are broken tiles which is quite dangerous with kids and the concrete slabs at the side are a bit dangerous too & quite mossy - needs a good clean. We also lost power one night when we came back but after messaging Dewi it was fixed quickly. We didn't like the keys being placed outside the Villa - felt a bit unsafe that anyone could come up and let themselves in. It was also hard for drivers to find the Villa with no signage from the street - this should definitely be added. I had to say the driveway with the white wall. Villa was in an okay location, quiet but not really within walking distance to main areas. With a bit more TLC this villa has the potential to be amazing.
