I love being out away from the hustle of Seminyak village, it’s peaceful and quiet, the area was not too far from Seminyak village or Legian if you wanted to go an adventure, 2 mins on a go jek bike or 5-8 mins by car. Our villa was perfect for me and my teen, staff very welcoming everyday and made sure to check if we wanted to order breakfast for the morning after.

Bits and pieces in the villa could use a touch up, like the cracked walls and bathroom tiles etc. I found that drones were flying around the villas not just ours but all the villas around us during our stay and how the shower roof is open, anyone from above could peak down and have a look.

Breakfast was below average Villa is in need of upgrading leaking shower told staff was not fixed You could not go for a walk as there were dogs that would bark at you and were very intimidating

The pool and staff were lovely, great location, 10 minutes and you’re in seminyak centre.

Our bed broke during our stay when simply lying on it, we also found a used condom in one of the rooms, breakfast was ok there wasn’t a big variety

Highly recommend

Very comfortable villa at a small complex of seven villas. Staff is onsite 24/7 and very helpful. The villa we stayed in was spacious and had a nice private pool. Breakfast is served in the villa each morning and was simple but nice. Highly recommend staying here.

Overall decent stay at the villa

Quite and peaceful. Nice breakfast served on time as requested.

There were lot of mosquitoes when we stayed there. Also kitchen is not good to use incase if someone is planning to cook something when staying at the villa. There were lot of street dogs which were following us and couldn’t go out for walk.

Nice but could have been better

The staff were amazing and very helpful.

Our room was not what we expected when it came too cleanliness, the bathroom was horrible like it hasn’t been maintained. The sliding door hinges seemed like they where broken so there was a gap too let countless bugs in, the pool definitely needed a deep clean and when it rained we had a leak threw our roof in room 881 and a family of geckos living and pooing on us as we sleep but the staff are amazing.

Love this property. Stayed a few times and didn’t disappoint

Air con broke down in one of the rooms and they tried to fix it. Room this time wasn’t close to the pools but still good. We decided to check out early and was offered an upgrade, was given a refund instead.

The staff was amazing and always helpful. Location in the middle of the town. Close to local shops and Seminyak market. Really like the staff they are always ready to help.

Outdated bathrooms, low water pressure in the shower. No microwave in the kitchen to heat up meals. The owner of the villa needs to step up and invest more to facilitate the guest. Very limited items in the breakfast.

We liked the outdoor area with pool and kitchen / dining area which were perfect for breakfast outdoors

Dark footpath and driveway at night leading to the property is a little off putting at first. Not a problem and will likely be improved once the new properties are completed along the driveway

MUST STAY VILLA

the friendliness of all the staff, we got picked up at the airport. the driver was very friendly. then room was fantastic clean, surprised on how they maintained after the pandemic. pool was great, shower was massive, tv channel was lovely! breakfast is filling and YUMMY! my partner loved the Nasi goreng and became his fav breakfast. if we come back, will definitely stay here. great location and quiet! close to seminyak, cạngga and just nice to sanur as well. loving it! best villa ever stayed

Very good

Staff, room, pool, breakfast, wifi all great. I worked remotely during the time I stayed here and it all went so smoothly, especially compared to some of our other stays. One really nice touch is the water cooler - we loved that thank you! Still dreaming about my daily Dragon Bowl breakfast too :)

True Bliss

This property is perfect for a quiet, relaxing vacation. Location is good, walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants. You will need transport to the beach but the pool setting is so nice you may not want to leave the villa. The staff brought stool for the shower for my wife and an extra lamp for me.

Beautiful Retreat

A Beautiful Private Villa Welcoming & Friendly Staff. MADE was amazing, such a friendly face, couldn't do enough for you. All of the staff were so friendly & helped with all our requests incl. an airport pick up and a private affordable driver . Breakfast was delicious and always plentiful. Felt very spoilt being served breakfast every morning at my own requested time, with tea/coffee & fresh fruit. Obviously the pool was amazing but the small touches were everything, the laundry smelt amazing, water filter, pool towels etc. Location was perfect for me, a short walk into seminyak town but also out of reach so it feels like a sanctuary rather than being right on the strip.

The bathrooms were a little outdated in comparison to other villas I was researching but really don't let that put you off! This place is beautiful. Such a nice retreat from the hustle and bustle of the tourist streets.

100多平米，独立泳池，独立庭院，开放式大客厅，大卧室，大大洗手间，哪哪都好，价格也好，价格很划算，很值。很安静，早晚都不会受马路上车流吵闹的影响。走路200米内就有租摩托车以及3家便利店，以及药店，骑摩托车5分钟就是购物吃饭一条街，还有个比较大的超市。骑摩托车到水明漾沙滩15分钟，到库塔也是15分钟。每晚工作人都会确定第二天早餐种类以及时间。

洗手间里淋雨的地方是露天的会有蚊子进来，卧室的蚊帐最好准备的大一点，不然遮不住大床。
