Villa rooms and garden area was spacious and very clean. Beds were huge and comfortable. Rooms and Villa grounds were cleaned regularly and spacious. Walking distance to the beach and shopping areas. Overall, everything was excellent. If something needed fixing it was attended to immediately.
Nothing really. Only the app to give feedback required a google account which I wasn't willing to create.

We enjoyed our spacious villa and good sized pool just at our doorstep. Tasteful decor and landscaping added to the overall Bali holiday vibe. Staff were all very warm and friendly. We liked the easy access to the streets behind the property thru the restaurant and spa. Great choice of restaurants nearby and large supermarket a short walk away.
We couldn’t enjoy the outdoor living area of our villa much as there were many mosquitoes. Quite a number of ants which would get to food lying around too. Property also showing signs of wear and tear, and probably has seen better days. The staff do their best to ensure a comfortable stay though, including helping to light mosquito coils around the villa every evening and providing an electronic zapper to kill mozzies. Daily housekeeping is also very thorough.

One little thing… I was interrupted in the middle of a very relaxing massage to ask to clean my room. Not the best timing.

The service to the room was pleasing and efficient, and the staff were all really friendly and welcoming. The pool was enjoyable but could definitely use a thorough clean. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety, and the on-site massage was decent and well-priced.
- They did fumigation and didn’t notify anyone, we had a knock to the door opened it and were engulfed. Thought it was a villa fire.
- neighbouring villa aircon was really loud, clanging, disturbing the peace of our villa
- rat in bathroom and staff were not helpful in this instance
- wifi is horrible. Automatically logs you out every couple of minutes. Had a work Zoom and had to switch to hotspotting
