Friendly and expedient upon arrival with the necessary information given allowing ease of use.
Impressed with the care taken to ensure welcoming
some areas of the property were not in readiness for arrival. we needed to bring to their attention the mulfunction of some facilities which they attended to during our stay.

The villa itself is old, bare and in need of modernisation.

The service to the room was pleasing and efficient, and the staff were all really friendly and welcoming. The pool was enjoyable but could definitely use a thorough clean. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety, and the on-site massage was decent and well-priced.
- They did fumigation and didn’t notify anyone, we had a knock to the door opened it and were engulfed. Thought it was a villa fire.
- neighbouring villa aircon was really loud, clanging, disturbing the peace of our villa
- rat in bathroom and staff were not helpful in this instance
- wifi is horrible. Automatically logs you out every couple of minutes. Had a work Zoom and had to switch to hotspotting
