The property is in an excellent location. Very spacious and pool was amazing.

My only negative about this property is the bedrooms only have air conditioners, ceiling fans would be a great addition if you would prefer not to sleep with aircons going all night.

Everything is to like about this property, the pizza place only a minute walk right from the villa is wonderful and the villa is exactly to the photos. the staff are amazing and always there for help.

The downstairs shower head really needs to be replaced it was extremely difficult to shower there for a week :(

Really enjoyed our stay

Very comfortable accomodation, the bedrooms and bathrooms are a good size. Very well equipped kitchen even though we ate out all the time. Good location for restaurants.

Outside decking needs varnishing and the walls need a touch of paint.

Perfect for groups

Location is perfect! The coffee shop next door is excellent. A laundry and Circle K within meters of the villa too. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants, shops, spas and not too far from Seminyak Village. Big kitchen with everything you could ever want or need. A water cooler for drinking water. Bedrooms are huge with own bathrooms. The pool was fantastic and plenty of outdoor loungers. The staff are incredible, so friendly and helpful.

Fantastic family stay at Zayana Villa Alessia!

We had an amazing time at Zayana Villa Alessia in Seminyak! The villa is modern, clean, and beautifully styled with a perfect mix of comfort and luxury. The private pool was a highlight. It’s in a great location—close to restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect during our stay.

During heavy rain the windows leaked but were fixed the next day. Was a bit noisy being close to a busy lane and night clubs.

Bali Bliss

We had a wonderful stay at Vayana Villas Seminyak. The villa is in a great location just behind Eat Street, where there are many restaurants, bars, La Favella, Champagne bar, Ultimo, Ginger Tree, etc and shops. Walking distance to many places, such as Ku De Ta and the beach. The Villa itself was a great size. Nice large indoors living/dinning area with fully equipped kitchen. All 3 bedrooms, 2 upstairs, 1 downstairs. All with a/c, private bathrooms, 1 upstairs with a large bath. Large comfy beds. TV'S. The pool was amazing. Great size, with morning/afternoon sun. The water temperature was just right. Also perfect for an evening swim. The staff here were welcoming and very polite.. We were 5 friends sharing the villa, and our stay was perfect. Highly recommend Zayana Villas

Relaxing, Family fun, Loved it

Our entire experience at this place was fantastic. We visited with our whole family, including two small children, and everything was just perfect. The environment was welcoming, family-friendly, and made us feel right at home. From start to finish, everything ran smoothly and exceeded our expectations. We’ll definitely be back!

Great Villa for friends or family in a really good location.

Location was excellent, easy walking to Jl Kayu Aya, Drupadi and Raya Seminyak for shops & restaurants. Rooms spacious, very comfy beds, well appointed living spaces and lovely pool with plenty of sun beds. Good security, quiet and private.

Only criticism would be 1 hairdryer between 3 rooms. The staff are aware. Otherwise it was all good 👍

Overall I will come back to the Villa again. Had a great stay with my friends and family.

Location was great. the only downside is that we booked a big van that could not drive right in front of the Villa. Hence we had to walk a distance from our Villa to our transport. So would advice to book a smaller van or go by car to the Villa. It was quite difficult especially during checked in and after checked out withi all the luggages and children. I like that every morning there were people who come into do housekeeping. Communication with the Villa manager is easy and he is helpful!

Towel is not change everyday. 3 days to change towel is quite long. Suggest at least 2 days once. air cond was not cold enough in my room.

Overall good stay!

Checked in at 2:30pm to cleaners still cleaning the Villla. Food from previous guest still in the fridge, and cleaners returning at 10am day of check out when we we're checking out at 11am. Felt very rushed on both occasions. Villa was well equipped with everything you needed and felt very safe with security at the front at night. Close to shops and restaurants

This villa is beautiful, just book it

Our Villa was lovely and the location fabulous, started my day each morning with a 50metre walk to How I Met Coffee! So close to Eat Street with many restaurant choices. The pool was huge and the landscaping around the pool was beautiful. But the staff really made our stay the villa special. Gatot helped us out when we left some belongings behind at the Villa. He arranged a Gojek to get our stuff back to us.

Zayana Villas exceeded my expectations. A comfortable and relaxing stay.

Zayana villa (Alysa) This villa was in a great location. Surrounded by lots of restaurants and markets in Seminyak. The villa was kept clean (new sheets, towels etc.) everyday. The hosts of Zayana were easily accessible via what’s app. Making it easy to ask questions or request for things. They were also so lovely. The pool was beautiful and well maintained. Bonus was the air conditioning throughout the villa (one located in every room) this was a definite must while staying in Bali. Would highly recommend staying here, looks just as advertised.

Great service but inconsistent with offerings

The property has a personal maid who is available in the Villa from 8am-4pm. The Villa can also arrange services such as massages and transportation. The Villa was very new and had a nice feel to it being only a few months old. The maids can make you breakfast, we did this one day and it was lovely!! We were also able to contact Gatot the villa manager (?) at any time if/when we needed something.

Being a new property I feel like they could benefit from making slight adjustments or reviewing a few things. Overall we had mixed feelings about this stay and I hope this feedback is taken on board. 1. Music. We were advised by the security guard to turn our music off after 12am (fair enough!) however a following day, we were informed by management that we were receiving complaints and needed to turn our music off by 10pm which was less than ideal considering we were celebrating my partners 30th birthday. 2. When booking the Villa the photos showed 6 lounge chairs and 1 Cabana at the pool area. We arrived to only 4 lounge chairs and a different layout Villa which was very disappointing considering there were 6 of us (2 had to sit on the floor). We felt a bit ripped off with this as the photos shown was not what we ended up with. 3. The pillows in all of the bedrooms are extremely thick and all 6 of us had poor sleep. We feel the Villa would benefit from some smaller pillows. 4. The villas are not numbered nor is the Villa name written anywhere, so it was quite difficult for drivers to find us etc. The Villa was also a bit noisy but that is to be expected (eg: noise from road and water pump every time someone flushed or was having a shower)
