Location is very good, Seminyak square is at a walkable distance. The pool is excellent and good for 7-8 pax
Both rooms at the ground floor are spacious. The villa had good basic utensils and glasses which was very useful.
There was no cleaning for two days plus there was a power and water outage on one of the days. Also, there was leakage in one of the toilet. Owner should focus on this basic factor.
The stairs to room at the top floor is not suitable for kids as it’s prone to injury.

I love the pool, the smart tv, the villa was spacious, the bed was comfy, the internet is great, the location is superb, the staff was nice, the owner was very kind, i will definitely back here someday
the toilet/bathroom on the 2nd floor doesn't have a door, it would be great to put a door there. but other than that, everything else was great.

Location just a few minutes walk to Kudeta/beach. Good size of the villa, great staff and clean property
