great relaxing holiday with location making it easy to get around Seminyak

Great villa and location easy walk to ku de ta / the beach and eat street, flea markets. Three bedrooms that are seperate from each other all with ensuites. The glass across the living area meant no mozzies and insects at night. Jess who managed it sorted out quickly a few minor hiccups and their office is literally on the other side of the villa. It was cleaned daily along with the pool.

I noticed the comments about the noise it does back onto a busy thru road that also had dogs that barked early in the mornings but wasn’t unbearable

Everyone has their own room and ensuite bathroom. Location is great to all of the restaurants and bars and beaches.

Okay, has the potential to be so much better

The overall look of the villa was quite nice

beds and Pillows were uncomfortable The noise from the traffic was very bad at night time, especially in room 3 There were some repairs needed doing, outside entrance was not working The cleaner stayed in the villa too long (hours) Only one sun lounger for 2 people, when we were 3 persons No TV Damp on the ceiling in Room 1 the baths were not clean when we arrived, my wife had to clean them There was too much shade around the pool area, we worship the sun and time was limited because of the positioning of the villa (in april)

Peaceful stay near the beach and Ku De Ta

Villa Florence is perfectly located, only a few minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Seminyak. It's also peaceful, near a small patch of paddy field and Ayu Kaya Beach. Amenities are basic but comfortable. Special thanks go to Idham, Putu, and the rest of the ground crew who looked after us during our 5-night stay.

No TV. The villa could have been kept cleaner (sticky floors when we arrived, and we found millipedes in the bathrooms and living room).

Amazing stay at Villa Florence

Communication before and during the stay was perfect. Check-in went super smoothly. The villa is perfectly located, close to everything you might need during your stay. Gojek and Grab never struggled to find it either. The villa is perfectly taken care of by the AMAZING Ema. She makes sure everything is perfectly clean and organised, while being a ray of sunshine that lights up our mornings. She is always reachable and super reactive via WhatsApp. The villa is super spacious, the kitchen is perfectly equipped, the beds are comfortable, the ensuite bathrooms all have their own vibe and are super cosy, the living room is big and perfectly ventilated and last but not least, the pool is deep and clean. It should also be noted that each bedroom is equipped with A/C, and that the lighting throughout the villa is top-notch. The scooter rental they organised went perfectly and there is enough space to park a couple of scooters in front of the villa. We will definitely be back with more friends! Thanks again guys
