Everything, the villa was extremely spacious, staff were amazing , location for us was 10 out of 10
Beds were a little firm, but once told of this, management were happy to fix this

We loved the pool and how clean the villa was. New pool towels were given every day and it was a short walk to cafes, restaurants and the beach. We had a couple of small issues with the fridge and water cooler and one air conditioner but the staff were quick to attend to them.
2 of the bathrooms had no hot water and parts were on order so our group were really only sharing 3 of the 5 bathrooms.
A lock box outside the gate for keys to be left in would be good if some guests are leaving early in the morning - or the gate self locks behind as you leave so that keys can be left inside the villa instead of someone waking up early to lock the gate behind you
