The whole experience was great, amazing services from whole team. Our driver Ketut was amazing, patient and a great driver who took us anywhere we wanted and needed, he also made sure we were comfortable.

Maybe within rooms, to have walls to keep our room dry especially around the electricals, such as tv area, floors were also a worry to keep dry throughout the wet weather.
Another thing, to have clean sheets put on when room service is being done.
