Great Villa, very clean, a lot of space, great facilities, fantastic staff at the Villa!

Amazing huge villa

Very spacious with everything we needed. Short walk to beach or shops. The pool was clean and it was very private, great security. Pillows are extremely comfortable!!

Aussies on HOLIDAY!

The pool was lovely and clean. The kitchen was good with big fridge. Smart TV in lounge, kids liked! Air con good in main room upstairs. Big bathrooms in main room upstairs and downstairs one.

Very noisy upstairs with such close proximity to busy road, especially at night! The air con did not work properly in smaller room upstairs, got fixed but was not cold. Glad there was a stationary fan to use in there. Showers only hot for around 5-6 mins in all bathrooms! Could not plug sink in kitchen to wash up dishes properly. There was a nest in upstairs ceiling and saw squirrel inside. It rained heavily one night and there were several leaks in the roof, we had to move beds, luggage and put other towels down we found in cupboard. Lots and lots of rubbish out front and broken glass 😩

Due to the major interuption on pur first 3 nights we were offered a partial refund. Now villa manager changed her mind,

Pool was smaller than expected but well maintained. The bed’s comfortable, location is great, close to everything but not too noisy so able to enjoy the quiet. The driver and staff who cared for villa were amazing.

We had a roof leak 3 nights in a row that affected the top floor which has two of the three bedrooms. My son and I slipped on 2 separate days and he got a big bruise from how hard he fell. Was disappointed it took 3 visits from maintenance staff to fix even though they said every day was fixed. Would preferred to be told the truth so at least i could have said to kids to be careful of floor.

Was very clean. Family loved the pool. Housekeeper very friendly and very helpful Fantastic that the Manager had pre-arranged pool safety fence and groceries for us prior to our arrival, as requested. Very safe place that has onsite security.

Nothing really. Was really good. Perhaps, toaster could be replaced. Was a bit slow to heat and cook toast. Not really an issue though

Spacious, clean with Security outside villa

It was very spacious with private pool. There was 1 room downstairs - sofa bed was comfortable. There was Aqua water provided & security outside the villa. Seminyak beach is within walking distance.

We were not able to lock the front door (1st day) & manager didnt respond to our call. Thanks to Wayan who refer us to Security. Briya (?) came & manage to solve the problem within a short time. We are grateful to Security Briya. There was blackout on 2May (not under villa's control) - thankfully there were some candles we could use.

Very clean and comfortable villa. The maid comes every morning at 10am making sure the villa is always clean and tidy.

My first words as I walked through the entrance gates was wow! The new kitchen is amazing! The king beds are massive, the bedrooms are huge and so are the bathrooms!! There is so much space! The villa is very clean and comfortable. Air conditioning works very well in all rooms. Loved the pool.

In the master bedroom upstairs the wifi wouldn’t work.

The size of the villa for 8 people was amazing!! The pool was fabulous. The bathroom sizes were incredible!! Amazing value for money and the location was excellent. We needed to check out a little later and they accommodated us for this! Highly recommend 👍

The kids beds were a little hard....but that was only a minor thing.

Good value, nice hotel

We had a great stay, villa was good for our group of 11. House keeper came and cleaned every day. Only complaint we had was one of the bedrooms upstairs l had squirrels living in the roof, to the point where we could see them in the rafters climbing up and down the inside. We let staff know, they said they were harmless but still my kids moved their beds into the room across the hall because they were a little nervous about sleeping with them. Attached in photo Overall it was a nice stay, at a value cost!

Not worth the money spent on Villa Kibbi

The villa is spacious.

The property was not well maintained. The upper level master bedroom leaks during the heavy storm, which inconvenieced us. Upper floor aircond in both rooms stopped working on Dec 23. Family members slept in stuffy warm rooms. Also leakage at the staircase ceiling, causing some water to flow on the slippery staircase Towels and bedsheets were not changed until Dec 23. Shower head hose in the twin bedroom is leaking, no steady flow of water for showers.

A welcome haven

This was the perfect accommodation for our family of five. Super quiet and in an area that felt safe and local, it’s a very short stroll to the beach and also to restaurants and cafes. We felt close enough to the excitement of beach front bars but with a haven to return to. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms massive with plenty of hot water and we appreciated the satellite tv, fast internet, drinking water fountain and aircon in all rooms. The pool was lovely and we spent many an afternoon reading on the day bed. The villa linked us up with a driver (Wayan) who couldn’t have been more helpful.

We had breakfast mad for us in the villa 4 or 5 times and it was excellent on all occasions.

There was nothing to not like. Location is excellent, staff are excellent and the villa itself was also excellent.

Beautiful villa with plenty of space, dedicated wimming pool and amazing staff. Daily cleaning to keep everything tidy and pleasant. Everybody is really doing his best to please you. Good location, very close to the beach, restaurants and shops.

While the villa is great, some elements are a bit old and it would benefit from some refurbishment. We mentionned a couple of issues and the owner and the local team were very reactive in fixing what could be done immediately.

Amazing two weeks in Bali!

How close to the beach it was, amazing staff! Eka was amazing and her nasi goreng was the best in Bali! Facilities were amazing and it easily fit 8 adults and 1 child. Wayan was a fab tour guide/driver and we used him nearly every day. Amazing communication with Gavin and staff.

Towels could have been replaced more often as there was 9 of us.
