Nice secluded rooms, private pool, huge bathroom, comfy bed and a fridge to keep all of the goodies in 😉 breakfast was average but for the price of the room an included breakfast is a win. The staff were very understanding, very casual about some things but all in all friendly, happy and willing to help when they weren’t in their phones.
My air conditioner didn’t work particularly well, and when asked for it to be looked at it worked even less (It was cooler outside than inside). Breakfast could use a little improvement, I drink iced long black -and iced americano for those following at home - and more than happy to have Bali coffee poured over ice, but that was going to cost extra. Seems petty things I know, but air con and caffeine are important to me!

Service and villa. Spot on
No aircondition in living room and sometime felt hot. Also the skylight above toilet felt hot sometimes.
The service and friendliness of the staff made this overall experience 9/10. Best place ive stayed . Thankyou

We liked the private pools.
The location is perfect, with only a short walk to the restaurants.
Housekeeping was always there waiting to clean the room; not once did we return from breakfast to find that our room wasn't cleaned.
The bed linen needs replacing. I'm sure they were clean, however, they looked dirty and had minor stains.
The bath floor mat had a tear/hole, yet we had that towel return to our room on two, maybe three, occasions.
Housekeeping often didn't leave enough towels for two people, sometimes only one towel.
I must say though, we had three villas, but it was only ours that was noticeable.
