This was the first time staying in a Villa. Location excellent and we enjoyed our stay.

We liked the private pools. The location is perfect, with only a short walk to the restaurants. Housekeeping was always there waiting to clean the room; not once did we return from breakfast to find that our room wasn't cleaned.

The bed linen needs replacing. I'm sure they were clean, however, they looked dirty and had minor stains. The bath floor mat had a tear/hole, yet we had that towel return to our room on two, maybe three, occasions. Housekeeping often didn't leave enough towels for two people, sometimes only one towel. I must say though, we had three villas, but it was only ours that was noticeable.

Enjoyable and relaxing stay. Both elderly folks and kid are happy.

Very quiet villas, nice pool. No hot water. But water warm enough for bath. Big bathtub for my main room. Second bedroom no bathtub. But both toilets is big and partial open air concept. We staying at 2 bedroom villas. Value for money. Bedsheet is clean. Room is clean, a bit old. Aircon is cold. Kitchen u can use to cook. And eat breakfast in the villa if u prefer they send to u. Everyday got provide refill of 4 bottles of mineral water. Fridge is cold and big. Can buy your own drinks and use the fridge. Yummy American breakfast daily. They also have salad, yogurt and pancake and Chinese food as breakfast options. I find it relaxing stay. Toothpaste and brush u need to go reception and ask for it. They will pass to u. Staffs are friendly. 9 min walk to the beach to see sunset. Also near ku de ta club. Use Google map to navigate. Mini mart also around the walking distance.

Some light bulbs in the toilet and kitchen pantry was faulty never replace. The spa sadly only have one therapist after 5pm. They will have 2 therapists only from 2pm to 5pm. Never get a chance to use the spa.

Family-friendly nice place to stay.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience staying at Jas Villa for a family holiday in Bali. The two-bedroom villa we booked was quite spacious, and the bathrooms were clean, hygienic, and matched the photos. Both hot and cold water were available for bathing. Basic amenities were provided, including fresh towels and four bottles of mineral water daily during our stay. I especially loved the pool—it was great fun, and my family really enjoyed swimming there. The villa also offered services such as private cab arrangements for sightseeing, spa and massage facilities, and a restaurant, all of which we used during our stay and found to be very good.

The breakfast was good but somewhat limited for vegetarians, and the continental options—especially the pancakes—could be improved. As the villa is about five minutes off the main road, getting online taxis (Gojek or Grab) to pick up from the property can sometimes take longer than usual. We noticed that drivers occasionally cancelled or arrived late, so if you plan to use app-based taxis, it’s best to book in advance and allow some buffer time.

The food from the Jas Cafe was really nice and room service food was hot. I would recommend this accommodation.

I liked having a private pool. The location of the villas are away from the main road so very quiet.

The outdoor kitchen I wasn’t expecting and the fixtures are a little outdated. But the rooms were exceptionally clean and today.

Pleasant stay and enjoyed my time there.

Friendly staff, enjoyed free breakfast, location was excellent, hired scooter direct from hotel, room was spacious.

Mosquitos, lots of them even though you were supplied with spray, still got attacked at night. I used the dinning room to do work, which had no aircon but had fan, room had no natural light. Minor issues and still made it work!!

Very clean! Staff were amazing. We needed 2 cars for the airport and they made sure it happened! Was our second stay and still very impressed.

Was a little out dated and not maintaining very well when it came to the cabinetry, paint and other fixtures. Opened a cabinet door and it came clean off!

Love Jas Green

Loved having the place to go in and close the front gate and have our own piece of paradise to relax in. We were two couples staying at the villa and had plenty of space to not be in each other's way. Our own space even with company. The rooms were spacious. Pool was amazing. Nothing was too much for the staff. Room service and the restaurant were quick and easy to order from. One freind was GF and they catered to that. Our booking was a last minute booking as our previous accommodation cancelled at the last minute, so they gave us a great deal.

One bed was a hard bed and the other springy. I took the springy bed as I dont do hard beds. It was still comfortable.

Walking distance to main street and to supermarket. Clean rooms and fabulous breakfast!

There were no drinking glasses other than wine glasses. Pillows need replacing (flat as pancakes). Could go with some cushions on the dining chairs. Also, a spare blanket would be a bonus. Would be good to have smart TVs with a streaming service.

JAS Green Villas is in a very good location very close to the Seminyak Markets 12min walking distance and very good restaurants and bars like Nirvana bar and Italian Job restaurant close to Seminyak beach with good restaurants and bars on the beach. The staff and very professional and go out if their way to accommodate you and your requests.

The location was excellent and price for the villa was good for the place. The master bedroom in the villa was good.

It was beautiful except once you get there you can tell it hasn’t been well maintained so some things are falling apart or rusted, which made it look seemingly unclean.

The location was ok to where we wanted to go

The pool area was small, and outdoor sun lounges had no cushions and were too hot to lay on, photos of area were deceiving. Bathroom tap to the basin was corroded and not usable. The Tv wasn't working, and the front door had large gaps, which let in a lot of mosquitoes.

Villa on a budget with location.

Location was okay. Staff very friendly and accommodating to all our needs. Value for seminyak villas.

Bedroom doors a little hard to slide open. Shower was more like a waterfall. Just free pouring water down. Too hard. Mosquito spray offered but did nothing. Pool water was freezing. 2nd bedroom air con not working well at 18c. Staff gave me a fan also to keep room cool. Facilities need an update. Staff were lovely and very friendly.

Great stay, would come here again

the accommodation was perfect for our needs, everything was within walking distance - easy 2min walk to the Seminyak center, 300m walk to the beach. The hotel had great facilities, including breakfast. It's great to use the private swimming pool, beds were comfy, the bathroom was big and fantastic. We stayed for 9 nights here, and were treated really well by friendly staff and have used all the facilities on offer.

Outdated decor. Traditional Balinese hutts that are not well sealed, so anything can walk in.
