Great stay at perfect Seminyak location

Very nice location just a few mins walk to Main Street. It is located between the beach and Seminyak road so it’s centrally located but still in quiet street. The staff are very nice and will clean your villa daily and will wash the dishes. Pool is refreshing. Special thanks to Dian and Widia in front desk.

Tranquil Tropical hideaway!

Perfect villa tucked away in a quiet Seminyak street! Close to Mrs Sippys & Moonlite. The staff were so welcoming and provided such great customer service, even going so far as to organise a birthday cake for my husband’s big day!

Comfortable, aesthetic, and convenient

Loved the layout and preparation for breakfast and loved being able to choose what time to have it. I was also a fan of having the sloping shower floor that avoids the need for shower doors and glass and the bathrooms always smelled nice thanks to the regular bathroom spray.

The shower heads have a lot of limescale so the water streams were a little weak and the bathtubs could benefit from a more through scrub because they had streaks.

Close to beach villa with private pool

Very spacious. Staff were super friendly and helpful to arrange scooter straight to villa.great location, close to beach - 5min walk, and easy to walk to main shops and resturants. Private pool with sun lounger.

Smell in bathroom. Lack of power points - have to unplug lights in room to use by bed. Tall buildings (near) outside, but once in pool, its still private.

Gracia Bali villas

Location was excellent, 7 minutes walk to Semenyak beach. Staff were very attentive, the property was comfortable with large rooms and simple set up. Breakfast was good but only a few options (typical of Bali) after 3 days we would have had to eat out.

Breakfast options limited. Construction next door was loud in the early morning as the windows to the villa do not seal well which exacerbated the noise level.

Bad construction noise from 9am to 5pm and dirty bathrooms

Staff there were friendly and polite.

I am very disappointed with our recent stay at this villa. Upon arrival, we were informed that there would be ongoing construction from 9-5pm. And unfortunately, our room was located right next to it. This was shocking, as we were not informed about this advance. After a long journey from the UK, we were hoping to rest, but the noise was so loud and constant that it made relaxation impossible. The disruption continued throughout our two days stay. Travelling with a 2 years old who was jet lagged made things even harder, our child couldn’t nap during the day due to the relentless noise coming coming from across the street, which made the experience incredibly stressful. In addition, the bathrooms were badly stained which made them look very unclean. It didn’t meet our expectations in terms of hygiene or comfort. This experience was far from what we expected and hoped for, and we will certainly not be booking from this villa again.

Beautiful villa, great location, friendly staff.

We stayed at this beautiful and clean villa in Bali and had really good time! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, which was a huge plus for us. The neighborhood felt peaceful and safe, but still close enough to great cafes and restaurants. The staff were amazing. so friendly, helpful, and always smiling. They really made us feel at home. The villa itself was cozy, stylish, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We honestly didn’t want to leave. We had such a great experience and would 100% come back again!

Everything from the pleasant staff, the pool, accomodation and of course the pool. From some recent reviews of the noise from the construction site next door, there was no loud noise during out stay on the two working days. Maybe they had completed the main works that require piling, etc. We enjoyed our stay at the 2 adjacent units. Breakfast was great.

The only part of the place that requires some touch up is the bathroom and the bathroom wall and floor tiles. Looks a bit old. It wasn't that bad though but would enhance the overall look and image of the 2 bedroom villa units that we stayed. The water pressure is 3/5

The staff were amazing! Everyone was so friendly and helpful, their service was great. Good location in the middle of Seminyak. Pool area was very nice and bedrooms were so spacious and provided everything we needed.

Could tell the property was a bit old and run down. This was seen clearly in the bathrooms with cracks in the walls and rusted fixtures.

Great place to stay

The staff are very helpful and made our stay very pleasant. The location is great, it is a couple of minutes walk from restaurants etc. and a 5 min walk from the beach. The villa was very clean and the breakfast was good although could do with a few more options. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

Great staff and well located villa

The staff were great and were very accommodating. Run by a lovely family and treated us very well. The location is good and a short walk to the beach or shopping / restaurants. The villa itself is spacious and while simple it was nice in general. The aircon worked great and the pool was clean There is a circle K located at the entrance to the villas which was handy for drinks and snacks

I highly recommend people to stay in this villa.

All the staff were extremely friendly and supportive. I had bali belly during my stay, the staff were very caring and made me ginger tea to help. They also helped me arrange doctor. They helped me arrange taxi while I left. There is nothing more to improve from service. The villa is designed with a beautiful garden & pool and in a golden location.

I can see the sign of mould in some area on the wall. The villa should do treatment more frequently and thoroughly.

Superb

Very nice staff. The location is great (5 min walk to the beach) and not too noisy. Big rooms and bathroom. Everything was clean. Towels for the beach/pool provided. Breakfast was good, we had a few choices from which we could select and the staff was able to modify the menu to accomodate us for the drinks. We asked to upgrade to the villa with the pool, which was a good thing since we could not swim at the beach due to too many big waves. The pool was at a reasonable temperature and about shoulder height.

Our pool was smaller than some other pools on the pictures. One of the bathroom door does not close properly.

Gracia Villa made our stay a very pleasant experience, looking forward to going back!!

I cannot fault Gracia Villa, our stay was wonderful, the staff are very attentive and professional, the villa itself was very spacious and clean, it was cleaned daily, we had breakfast served each morning (selected from a menu the day before), clean filtered water for drinking, very nice sized pool. The villa also had Netflix and YouTube - absolutely great! The location was amazing a few hundred metres from the beach and close to many restaurants and bars - no need for any transport. Thanks Gracia - we look forward to our next stay with you!!

Breakfast was decent . Staff were polite Laundry service was convenient.

The extra bed we requested was just a mattress and was very uncomfortable. The living area was in the open air and staff came in at 6pm to do a mosquito spray. The room doors were not properly sealed and there was a gap at the top of the door. Toilet did not have a good flush. Some towels had stains.

Superb

One of our favourite places we stayed on our trip, we were worried it may be a little small for 3 of us but was plenty of space and felt like a nice private oasis away after all the hustle and bustle. Room's were extremely large and the outdoor area was well kept. Short walk away until you are on a main street with bars & restaurants. There is also a minimart 100 metres away. Great villa will definitely be coming back.
