unhealthy facilities - no management

We reserved this villa with the pool for a 3-night stay. We had an issue with the pool the first day (my hair turned into green color!), the technician sent by the housekeeping checked the pool water and the result was that PH was extremely low, unhealthy and unsuitable to swim!!! (we have everything in photos and the technician of the pool declaring in a video that it’s totally bad ) We asked for a refund asap and the management showed up only the last LATE afternoon after numerous written communications (one night before check out) to inform us that refund can be given if we checked out that moment! (!!) Once again this was truly disrespectful and unprofessional, since we paid for a villa with a pool we couldn’t use at all since water was unhealthy and despite my hair color, the second day my skin was itchy- I sent all photos both in booking platform and housekeeping from the first moment. It is a matter of both hygiene and good health. Every photo and video is available here below to all future customers. This place IS NOT as shown in these pictures in this platform, it is an unhealthy, old and bad maintained place. Also, management’s totally absent, there’s only an whatsapp account who sent me the “leave now if you want the refund” message the last night!!. I was sent messages only by the cleaning ladies (on behalf of the “company”) !!!!
