Great design amazing living/outdoor area better than the photos. Good location easy walk to the beach and Seminyak village and the best coffee shop a very short walk away.

The property was a great size and had all the amenities you could want
It is needing some minor maintenance on the building structures. Dampness under the plaster/render on both external and some internal walls. However this did not detract from the villas facilities. tV’s in rooms could be bigger. A TV in the outdoor lounge area would be good.

Villa was very comfortable and all we needed to enjoy a break. Great pool that had sun all day. Cleaned every day. Small walk into main streets but also stores close by for convenience food, breakfast and coffee.
