It was like a sanctuary out of the hustle but so close to everything. Great layout and furniture etc. Location was awesome. Agus our butler was exceptional, very attentive and managed property with such care.

It might be perfect to others , but for me i will never go there again

Location was good, near from a lot of coffee shops and restaurants Agus was friendly

The house was located in very dark street which gives you the feeling that the place is not safe (although there were security guy outside) The bed was not clean , we found many bed bugs (show it to the butler) As the villa on a street which kind of busy , the noise of the motorcycle is really loud and noisy to the extent that makes sleepless

Lovely villa

Bultler there too often. Found it a bit intrusive, especially at breakfast, after 1st day we went out. When asked to come later he did but hung around outside the gate. Would have liked more privacy.

You have to stay at Villa Tirta Naga - the property is excellent and Agus the perfect host!

Our stay at Villa Tirta Naga was awesome! We were greeted by Agus who was accommodating from the start when we were running an hour behind for check in, It was no problem. Agus is very welcoming, has a fantastic sense of humour, and is very responsive to all requests. The Villa was a perfect set up for us, travelling as two couples. Each Villa had spacious bedrooms and outdoor style bathrooms, while the two pools, living and kitchen areas allowed for places to relax and socialise together. Both villas have air conditioning, the grounds are beautifully maintained, and it is so well located. There is a security guard at night and they made sure we go home safe and kept the Villa secured. We did not feel unsafe at all as it is in a nice area, however nice to know someone was there to keep and eye on things at night! We would recommend Villa Tirta Naga and Agus to anyone considering staying here. We will definitely be back again when in Bali next.

Exceptional Villa in the heart of Seminyak - we already can't wait to go back!

We loved our stay at Villa Tirta Naga. The photos are a great representation of the property. When staying in the heat in Bali, it makes such a difference staying in a Villa with a beautiful lush garden and pristine pools. The outdoor bathrooms are secure and private and lovely being outside. The Villa is close by to Eat Street, KuDeTa and other faves like La Lucciola, and even walking distance to Potato Head. There is a taxi rank at the end of the gang or we just booked GoJek. Whilst no breakfast is included, there are plenty of options within walking distance. The Villa is nice and quiet. Agus and his team keep the Villa looking great every day.

It would have been great to have a chilled water cooler. We decanted the water into bottles and cooled in the fridge. There is no comfortable couch in the living area, just very upright wooden chairs and a daybed. Minor issue but when we were 'villa-bound' due to 5 days due to rain, it would have been nice to have somewhere else to sit and read etc.

Huge and comfy villa located on a very convenient place

First of all the location of the villa is perfect. You can reach all the places by walking. And very near to the beach. The villa provides very huge area and good conditon of open air kitchen. Wi-fi works perfect and good speed. The bedrooms are quite big. There are many resting places in the living room area and garden. Mr. Agus provides you the best assistance. A special thanks to him. The pools are quite clean. Just one day we had a problem about lights of the pool. But Mr. Agus solved the problem as soon as possible.

The darkness of the bedrooms can be a problem a little bit. Especially the small bedroom is very dark at nights. The lights are not enough. And the bathroom of the small bedroom is not so stylish as the master bedroom’s bathroom. And they can improve the cleanness of the villa.

Just bearable

Both the rooms smelled of mould. The ceiling was made out of cane and when it rained it dripped. No free to air tv. They wanted to charge extra to use their Apple TV box. The beds were hard and the place was just old and dirty. Wouldn’t recommend.

great value, great location and great butler Angus

The location was perfect and the layout was perfect for us and our teenage kids. It felt like two villas on a mini property. We had our own villa and they had their own. Both villas have their own bathrooms too. The butler Angus was fantastic. We arrived late but he was there to greet us and helped guide our taxi driver. He was also lightning fast on WhatsApp and went beyond to buy a few things to stock the fridge for us. He also offered to prepare breakfast for us, basically he was willing to do anything. Super kind and always willing. Would highly recommend the Villa and ask to have Angus as your butler.

the kitchen faucet needs updating. it doesn’t turn on smoothly. it shoots out water when you turn it on but since the knob sticks, you can’t adjust the pressure easily

Everything was perfect!

We stayed at Tirta Naga when it opened many years ago and the place hasn’t lost its magic since. It’s an oasis in the middle of busy Seminyak and so well located that you can walk to the beach and the restaurants nearby. The villa is well equipped and has all you need. The kitchen is fully fitted but then with all the choice of restaurants nearby, who wants to cook? The butler was very helpful arranging transport and massage (which was excellent – thank you Manori Spa). All in all, highly recommended if you like space and Balinese décor and feel. Very authentic!

Great location with poor service

This used to be a great place for quiet retreat with quality service. Today, the premises are still nice but the service awful.

When we arrived there was no one at the villa, no one responded telephone calls or messages. We had to wait about an hour until the butler came with no excuse. The breakfast was always late and quite bad quality. The service overall was poor.

The design is fantastic. really spoilt for space and the 2 pools.

the beds were incredibly uncomfortable, the lighting is almost pointless - as a group of women, we had to shower and get ready before it got dark as there was no point in trying to get ready after the sun set. we also didn’t like the property being constantly accessed by gardeners, security etc. not enough communication about how would be in the space and when.

Spacious villa, great pools, good if you are self sufficient - mosquitos made it unbearable.

Spacious property, large twin pools (small one is perfect for cooling off as in shade) - pools very clean and operational. Kitchen was clean and useful, although soap dispenser was empty. Bedrooms - large, beds very firm but comfortable enough, pillows pretty average. Bathroom was pretty, but the shower didn't drain well and every shower had smell of sewage, Bathtub was missing plug so couldn't use it during our stay which was a massive let-down as it is huge.

Lot's of mosquitos throughout property (despite no rain) - impossible to shower without getting eaten alive. Hosts should light long lasting coils or provide a automatic dispenser - we had to run around lighting 4-5 coils every 2-3 hours everywhere just to survive - especially dangerous with Malaria/Dengue. Provided repellant bottle leaky and not effective. -Soap/shampoo wasn't topped up - started with half a small bottle by end of stay we had nothing to wash with. -Wifi fairly slow and not that useful. -Dangerous exposed electrical wires near your head at the pillow - one touch and you are dead. We disconnected the lamps to avoid our child getting killed.

Privacy, location, walking distance to beach, market and seminyak Square.

Electric power was not stable at time, encounter a few blackout during the night. Location near a temple can be a be noisy sometimes. Walking path between the rooms are a bit challenging for people with walking difficulties.

Great Villa in the centre of Seminyak.

The villa is very close to the main road in Seminyak. Beautiful garden and very comfortable rooms. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. They organised an amazing seafood BBQ during our stay for our family and friends. Will definitely stay here again.

The bed was a little flat but still reasonably comfortable.

Perfect location in Seminyak, right by Ku De Ta and Seminyak square, within minutes by foot from Ayu Kaya and its plethora of restaurants. The villa is beautiful and meticulously maintained.

The location is unbeatable. Bagus the butler was so helpful and very kind. Love the pool and that you get sun all day... lots of villas have no sun around the pool!
