A relaxed, luxury stay.

We loved the amount of space the property offered relating to the spacious living and pool area. Grounds were always very well kept and staff were very attentive. Facilities were all very clean and well kept. We loved how private it felt and it was a great location, only about a 3 minute walk to eat street.

We had such an enjoyable stay making us feel safe and comfortable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

From the moment we entered Villa Chocolat we felt welcomed and safe. The property was clean and comfortable with 2 huge pools and fully equipped bathrooms in all 5 bedrooms. We had the breakfast package and it was worth it. Cooked fresh from us in the morning. There was fresh fruit available throughout the day. Every little comfort was thought of. Komara and his staff were friendly and made our stay so wonderful. The added security at night made us feel so safe. Thanks to Komara and his team for making our stay in Seminyak so memorable.

There was little to not like about the property.

Villa Chocolat 2 is a lovely, well-located haven

We stayed in Chocolate 2 (2 bedrooms) and really enjoyed the experience. The villa is spacious and comfortable with an enormous living area and an identical, airconditioned bedroom at either end. The beds were very comfortable with full mosquito nets. (Mosquitos were not a big problem.) There are two ensuite, outdoor bathrooms. The pool is large and quite deep (wouldn't be great for kids) and is a lovely temperature. It was maintained every day and gets full sun until mid-afternoon. The staff who cooked breakfast and attended to the housekeeping every morning were delightful and the Head Butler, Mr Komara could not have been more helpful. The villa was very quiet and private, but only a 5-minute walk to Eat Street (highly recommend Buso and Revolver). It is an 8-minute walk through back streets to the beach and KuDeTa. We found Nyaman Group very professional, good to deal with and responsive to our enquiries.

Incredible little piece of paradise! Can’t put into words how incredible our stay was 🩷

Everything! It was beautiful and spacious. The room was perfect for myself. The bed was big and comfy, the aircon was great, the outdoor bathroom was such a cool experience. The pool was huge and perfect any time of day/night. As two females travelling without our husbands we felt very safe in the villa. The staff were so attentive and nothing was too much trouble. It really was a little paradise.

An amazing property in Deminyak and we will come back to it again. Well worth the stay.

We booked this as the last villa in four that we stayed at in different places in Bali. We were really surprised by how big the place was. The property is huge for Bali. Then what really surprised us was the two swimming pools and the amazing staff who went out of their way to arrange things for us. We totally rate this villa. Really close to Seminyak square they have staff all over the place here and security and all times there was an army of people cleaning up and making us feel welcome. These guys work hard and were such lovely people. If you’re planning on a stay in Seminyak as a group or with a big family like we have then this is undoubtedly the villa for you.

I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The staff were very rude and dishonest. They put a glass jug of water in the freezer which exploded and tried to blame on us and charged us. The same happened with an old mosquito net that was ripped charged us. The location is out of the way in a very narrow street that taxis and drivers usually refused to go to. If it rains you have to walk in the pouring rain. They said breakfast was $250K and you couldn’t order from the other menu (much cheaper) until 11am yet the menu specifically stated in black and white that you can order from 9am. They will not make any drinks or cocktails. There are no credit card facilities, you have to pay cash for everything. This is not stated. They advised online there is a mini bar- there is not.

Very friendly helpful hosts. They managed our visit both prior and during our stay very well. The villa was very spacious and very clean and situated in a great location.

The only improvement I would request would be the provision of basic tea and coffee which tends to be available elsewhere.

Great location and comfortable villa

Great location on a quiet street, but with central Seminyak and the beach a short walk away. A great villa to share with friends as 3 distinctly separate areas for 3 families. The pool and living space was big enough for us all to enjoy.

Some of the kitchen facilities were quite basic if you want to do any cooking yourselves, and as all outdoors, the ants found anything that was left out!

A relaxing and quiet family oasis in busy Seminyak

Great location, very spacious property - huge. There are 2 pools and good security, friendly staff. There’s a kitchen so you have the option to organize your own breakfasts or the Villa staff can make it for you. The Villa staff can also organize takeaway and there are heaps of great restaurants nearby.

It would be great if there was coffee available in the morning. However we just purchased some from the minimart and used the filter coffee machine. A note if you have small kids, like most places there is no pool fence, something to be aware of.

A little bit difficult to dry your hair & do your makeup in the outdoor bathroom if it rained a mirror in the bedroom would be handy & hooks behind the bathroom door to hang your towels as we used the clothes horse to hang out wet bathers etc.

stayed here with my extended family (10 adults, 6 kids) comfortably. Amazing value for the size and location. Overall a great place; staff were lovely, especially Komara our butler who was amazing and so patient with all our requests. Rooms were spacious and each has an international adaptor, pool was a big hit with the young and old. walking distance to Ku De Ta and the main road.

VERY minor dislikes compared to our overall experience, but worth mentioning: - water pressure: pretty average and took ages to fill up with bath - location: great location but hard for some cars to get to, especially if they were unfamiliar navigating the smaller streets. Put the actual address in the GoJek to avoid any headaches - although they provided us with two kitchen bins, this was never enough for our large family. Staff came to clean 2-3x daily which helped tremendously

Tutto Fantastico!! Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia (2 adulti e 2 bambine) e siamo stati davvero entusiasti della Villa. Gli spazi comuni arredati con stile, la piscina fantastica, le camere comodissime, il servizio colazione eccezionale con il personale che arrivava all'orario concordato a preparare tutto al momento. Ottimi anche i servizi extra (massaggi, pranzo ecc.), facili da ordinare e usufruire. La via dove è situata la villa è un pò nascosta ma c'è il servizio sicurezza di ogni villa nella via che rende il tutto super tranquillo, la posizione è comunque comoda per muoversi anche a piedi.
