I haven’t see or heard other places where is own butler, so luxorius. And place is so many ways best where we have been.

We were Villa Drupadi Sita which is different place than other Hevea Villas. Area was very quiet, nearest market and money change was 200m walk. At Villas kitchen is big bottle of water which fill when is empty, so you doesn’t need to carry any water from shop. Our butler Jun was very helpful and kind. When we told that we drink a lot of coffee, we got coffee maker and so much good coffee powder so much what we needed. We also booked private driver Adi twice and he drive us places where we wanted to go and we speak a lot of many things. My husband and Adi bonded so well that speak doesn’t stop. (Positive way 😄) Villa was super clean and they put mosquito killers every afternoon to outside area. At bathroom was even toothbrush and toothpaste. Good quality of toiletteries. Best Service in Bali - Back for our Third Stay!

The vila was lovely and large, spotlessly clean, bright, airy and spacious. It was a treat to all have our own huge ensuite (our teenagers loved this)! The generous sized sparkling clean pool and gardens were immaculate. The villa was extremely well provisioned with all we could desire, including an espresso machine. The location (just off 'Eat Street' in Seminyak and a 15 min walk to the beach was ideal. We were blown away by the incredible service at Hevea Villas. We felt so well cared for by our lovely butler Ayu, so much so that we have returned for our third stay at Hevea! Ayu couldn't have done more to care for us and her very personal and professional approach was so appreciated and a real treat. The whole Hevea team offer exceptional service including Ardita the manager, Ardi the driver, the security and gardening teams. We have stayed in Bali many times and hope we can keep returning to Hevea.

It’s Paradise. Just book it. You won’t regret it.

Picture perfect villa in brilliant central location 3 mins walk to Eat St and 10 mins walk to the beach. Condition is absolutely as per the photos. Beautiful gardens, amazing pool, super clean, top notch facilities. A huge thank you to Ketut who looked after us, cooked fabulous breakfasts and did his best to accommodate our requests (gluten free bread for me, Vegemite for my friend). The late checkout made life so much easier for us and we thank management for their kindness. We didn’t want to leave and will absolutely be back, sooner rather than later.

There is nothing not to love about this accommodation.

Amazing stay!

Sherley made our stay wonderful! She came in the mornings and cooked us breakfast and was available at all times if we needed anything!

One of the sliding doors in the villa kept getting jammed and I caught my thumb in it which was painful!

Awesome property, wonderful staff.

Better than it looks in the photos, the one bedroom was just paradise. The best aspect of my stay was the super service from Gusti, my butler. Great breakfast every day with a good choice of either western or Indonesian. Room cleaned to perfection daily, with an afternoon turn down service that doubled as an mossie fumigation. Quiet spot but close to all that Seminyak has to offer.

Butler and all staff were amazing and professional. Butler put in huge effort to ensure we were comfortable. Also sourced interesting fresh fruit and made beautiful healthy meals from fresh whole food.

An ideal family-friendly villa with exceptional service, thoughtful care, and a wonderful team

An ideal villa for a holiday with children. In this place you are surrounded by care from morning to evening. Breakfasts, cleaning, currency exchange at your request, transfer to or from the airport, massage at the villa, a car with a driver for the whole day - everything at the highest level. By the evening your villa will be prepared, soft evening light will be turned on, the villa will be treated from mosquitoes. I would like to say a special thank you to our butler Gedi and driver Adi. Wonderful and responsive people. I sincerely recommend this place.

Memorable family stay in beautiful private villa

Our family stayed in the 2- bedroom villa for 8 nights. The outside living room and garden+pool were gorgeous.; we expected to stay mostly indoors but we ended up staying outside the whole time except for sleeping! The layout of the garden was beautiful. It was also completely private..no windows from neighbors nearby. The bed was comfy. The mosquito net was a sleep-saver! One bathroom was closed and air-conditioned while the other was open, which was an interesting experience but the mosquitos were eating us alive; better if there was a screen or glass door. The rooms were conveniently connected to each other (can be locked), perfect for families with younger kids. Our butler Suci made our stay even more enjoyable.. she cooked the most amazing breakfast and it was great to choose what time we want. She gave us the freshest local fruit The rooms were always spotless when we came back. The driver Adi was very friendly and helpful. We booked half and full day tours for reasonable prices. The location was perfect with cafes next to us and a mini mall just 10 minutes away by walking with lots of souvenirs, a huge H & M etc Thank you for the most memorable stay for our family!

New toilets and shower heads would be great+better quality toilet paper.

A delightful retreat in the heart of Seminyak

Stayed in Hevea Villa Drupadi (located slightly South of the main villas) for 5 nights. Here there are two one bedroom villas, a mirror image of each other. It was such a luxurious and comfortable experience. It is staffed 24/7 and the staff are so lovely, kind and attentive. Breakfast was a real highlight; there is a choice of Western or Indonesian, both are delicious. The fruit salad was so fresh and amazing. Each day the room, common area and pool is cleaned and each night mosquito coils were laid out. There are plenty of optional extras to choose from such as in-villa massages. A special mention to staff member Perdi who couldn't do enough for us. Would not hesitate to return!

Perfect stay!

The breakfast was fantastic! Homemade yoghurt was a highlight for me - I wish I could've taken it home! All the staff were super friendly and even spent time showing us around the other villas for when we come back next time. The pool area was the best we have ever had in Bali. It truly was little slice of paradise. I can't recommend Hevea highly enough, you won't be disappointed.

Very relaxing holidays in a beautiful villa…

The villa we had (Villa Rama, one bedroom) was amazing. Perfect for super relaxing holidays with a baby. We could have swims in the beautiful private pool and chill on the very comfortable sun loungers while baby had a sleep. Every morning our fantastic butler Agus prepared and cooked a delicious breakfast of our choice in our villa and made our stay even more memorable. We also really liked that we had a water cooler with plenty of drinking water and therefore that we didn’t have to go and get bottled water from the shop.

Complaining on a very high level, but the only thing we didn’t really like was that it was a bit further to walk to everything than expected. But still everything easily accessible by foot…

Great villa in a great location in Seminyak

Stayed in 3 bed villa with private pool in a quiet location just away from the main street in Seminyak. Very clean and spacious rooms, beds were turned down every evening and mosquito nets round the 4 poster beds prepared and sprayed. Air conditioning was in every room. Breakfast was prepared in our kitchen by chef Ayu and it was fantastic. The choice of food was vast with no need for lunch after the spread that was laid on. Fresh fruit platters full of different fruits everyday where Ayu let us sample some of the local fruits including snake fruit, dragon fruit and jack fruit as well as making us some Balinese cakes which were delicious. The Nasi goreng and poached eggs on toast with bacon were our favourite dishes, all cooked by Ayu to perfection. She also cleaned our rooms daily and was very knowledgeable about trips we could take from the villa. Ayu laid out the sun beds with towels each day and nothing was too much trouble for her and the other staff who were all excellent. Thank you Ayu for your hard work during our stay.

The absolute perfect 🤩

We rented villa no. 2 for 6 nights, out of a total of 17 nights of our vacation and I can say without a doubt that this was the best accommodation, meaning not only the most balanced price-quality ratio, but also in terms of comfort in all its aspects - cleanliness, facilities, location. In short, we were met at the airport by the villa's driver and transported to the villa where, although it was 9 pm, we were greeted by the butler (Putu) with a smile on our faces, fresh fruit and a welcome refreshing drink. The entire accommodation exudes a perfect Provencal - colonial style, with attention to detail, Spacious bedrooms each with dressing room and attached bathroom, a fabulous pool surrounded by lush plants, with towels and sun loungers and an open living room with TV, sofas, kitchen, dining area and another outdoor bathroom. Every morning the butler prepared breakfast and organized our excursions for the next day. Mosquitoes are a problem, but we were offered solutions. The location is very quiet and with 24/7 security. Regarding the location, it was perfect for us, IT IS close to the main street with shops and the beach (we went to Potato Club) but also to one of our favorite restaurants (Mamasan Bali 💓). Many and cheap taxis (Blue bird) as they came out on the main street. The entire staff, starting with the butler, driver, housekeeper and security and protection, is professional, discreet and obliging, which we thank from the bottom of our hearts. 🙏 Congratulations to the manager for the organization.

Perfect holiday destination

Hevea villas is in the perfect location! Away from the chaos of the Main Street it feels like a quiet oasis but close enough and so convenient to all the restaurants, bars, shopping and day spas. The staff were great. Our butler was so accommodating and cooked a fabulous breakfast every morning. The rooms were cleaned daily and nothing was too much trouble. He guided us with advice on places to go and arranged transport.

Beautiful property, amazing kind staff and a wonderful holiday.

Hevea Villa was our Oasis from the hustle of Seminyak. Wonderful staff, amazing location and a fabulous place to unwind and relax with friends and family. Because we were travelling with friends staying in the adjacent villa, we could socialise in the villa without being crowded. Our butler Putu was so helpful and made yummy breakfasts every morning catering to our needs.

Beautiful Bali villa with a butler and great location.

Beautiful pool, lots of space (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms), full kitchen with an amazing butler! Huge breakfast spread every morning. The location was great - very quiet as it was a block back from the main street, and only a 5min walk down the lane to all the great restaurants and cafes.

Location is excellent. Walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, shopping areas, and the beach. Jun, our butler, was great. He was friendly, kept the villa clean, answered all our questions, and prepped amazing food. Breakfast was the highlight. Really excellent options. What stood out to us - On the day of checkout, Jun went the extra mile and prepped a breakfast box for us at 4:30 am to take on our flight. We were not expecting it and had not asked for anything, so we were pleasantly surprised when he informed us about it a day before. Really appreciate the hospitality.

Excellent, excellent, excellent stay!

Service was excellent! The rooms were spacious, clean, at the proper temperature. Facilities were complete and made our vacation worthwhile. The butlers we had throughout were all corteous, and could cook up a great meal! We felt safe and secure.

As to the facilities, the shower area clogged up pretty quick especially when the shower is at full strength, and the lighting in the room is all yellow, it gets a little too dark at times. But these are alright because the whole villa was worth every single rupiah.

An amazing stay, we absolutely loved it!!

We had a two bedroom villa and it was outstanding. We walked everywhere and it was only a 5 minute walk to the Main Street yet we had peace and quiet at the villa. Breakfast was also brilliant, made each day by Ketut. The pool cleaning was great each morning and even the security guard helping us leave the venue each morning :)

One of the bedrooms bathroom was outside so in the night I had to go outside or go use my friends toilet in her room, it was no problem but would of preferred to have a toilet inside.

Villa Wanda was our villa. It was an oasis in Seminyak. It was quiet with an exquisite garden and pool. Our butler Gede made us a brilliant breakfast every morning that started every day perfectly. I have no complaints about the villa. The staff were friendly and Adi was a great driver and guide for our trips to Tanah Lot and Uluwatu. I recommend the Denpasar half day trip. The market will be an eye opener for your kids and the museum and monument are brilliant. It’s a different side of Bali. The villa is surrounded by great restaurants and is an easy walk to the beach. Follow the advice of the staff regarding where to change your money and which taxis to catch. Where they advised us was the best exchange rate and Bluebird taxis were by far the cheapest and best. We also enjoyed a great cooking class. We will return.

The property is great but Seminyak is now the same as Kuta. It’s a bit seedy at times. Constantly being aggressively offered “massages” while walking with my teenagers.

Beautiful villa with exceptional service!

Hevea villas was exceptional from the accommodation to the service. We were so impressed by the level of service, during our stay you have a personal butler. Our butler for the stay was Angus and the service provided was fantastic. Additionally the location is fantastic - you are less than a 5 minutes walk from the heart of Seminyak, but also the property is so private and quiet. We stayed as a family of four and would highly recommend for families if you are looking to book somewhere in Bali. They also have a driver service which you can book for various trips across Bali at such a reasonable price. The driver Ade was great at driving us to multiple places across the island and acting as a tour guide for all the places visited!
