The Club Villas Seminyak

Location fantastic, the pool was exceptional. Staff lovely and friendly. They let us stay till our airport pickup and use our full villa.

The property is tired, tiles missing in the bathroom. Basin had a crack in it. Kitchen needed a good cleaning on the cabinetry. Bench was broken Floors throughout needed to be washed, never done our entire stay.

The location was absolutely fantastic, just off Eat Street and a short walk to the beach. The villa was very comfortable, beautifully serviced both villa and pool every day and the included breakfast was an added bonus. The staff were so friendly and helpful and if we required anything (for example one evening a corkscrew) - they were always happy and willing to help. The bed was extremely comfortable!

It probably would have been nice to have some pans etc in the kitchen so we could cook, but in all honesty we probably would not have cooked anything anyway as we were so close to so many restaurants! Also and iron and ironing board in the room would be great, that said I'm sure if we had asked the staff would have provided this for us - they were so helpful. I have heard previous reviews complaining of noise, but it seemed really very quiet to us especially since we were so close to a busy area.

Location. Having a pool. Large bathroom, outdoor shower. Room service food was good. And breakfast good too.

The cups, glasses, cutlery were all dirty on arrival and stained. We waited till our breakfast and asked to hold onto the cups and used them. The curtains need a clean or replacing as they are old and stained making the property feel dirty. We had hair clumps in the white stones in our shower. Black hair (i am blonde) and after the 4 nights it was not cleaned away. Rubbish also in the shower which was not ours as they ŵere tags for shower loafas/scrubs which we did not have. The floors do need a good scrub. After shower if you don’t wear slippers you get black feet. Bed was super comfortable. The light fittings above bed could do with a clean as lots of dead moths/flies etc.

The breakfast staff were very friendly & the pool was lovely

The bad smell in the lounge/ kitchen area, cutlery & microwave were dirty, sink was stained and very old, underneath the sink was mould and mildew. The bathtub was cracked and stained and could not be used. The shower railing and showerhead were rusty. There were only two bottles of water provided Daily.
