Perfect for enjoying Seminyak.

Location was close to the action on Eat Street but far enough back to be quiet. Private, clean and well appointed.

Terrible - we left and I would not return - run down and past its time - need of a big overhaul

Location was ok

The property was not like the photos, not as large as the photos show, the pool was not cool and more like swimming in a hot bath, the bathrooms were not air conditioned and super hot, the aircon water was leaking onto the ground and creating a mud pile which also attracted mosquitoes - we left as we were so disappointed and found another villa

Satellite TV didn't work Gym was too small for adequate use. Most breakfasts' arrived cold and some parts even stale (crackers). Milk was curdled in some of our hot coffees.

Great location right off eat street and a 5 min (300mtr) walk down to the beach. Large comfortable villa with private pool, lovely outdoor areas to sit etc fabulous breakfast included

A very pleasant villa with private pool, in a quiet area near to Seminyak village.

The villa was very large and just down a laneway from a major arterial road. Being close to shopping and a few restaurants, so there is no need to hire a bike. Also, the villa was very quiet. The private pool was maintained immaculately and villas cleaned daily.

Furniture is dated and showing signs of decay. There is very limited cooking utensils and the microwave can’t accommodate the large plates, the microwave is too small. We stayed 7 night, during this time the bed sheets were not changed over, just remade.

Our villa was clean and extremely spacious. The (private) pool was amazingly clean and the perfect temperature. All of the staff - from check-in to room service and cleaning, were amazingly friendly and very professional. The breakfasts were huge with options for both Continental and Americal style. The Villas are in an excellent location - just a short walk from 'Eat Street', Seminyak Village, Seminyak Square, Markets and the Beach.

Nice location but very dated and needs some

The location was great. The privacy of the room was great. The size of the space was great. The bed was comfortable. The size of the fridge was good. Air conditioning worked well.

The pool had a leak and needed constant filling which meant it was not holding and chemicals. A mosquito net was required over the bed as the bathroom has a vent/ fan that is constantly open but not working. There is a large gap above the door to the outside shower allowing bugs in. There was no mosquito coils or insect spray provided. There was only 1 power point in the bedroom on the right hand side of the bed. So if you don’t bring a power board or multiple charger then you can only charge 1 thing at a time. The other power point behind the table was not working. There was only one other power point in the bathroom.

Nice traditional-style villa in great location

Villa with lots of space and facilities. Comfy bed, huge bathroom with bath and outside shower, dining and lounge area, and sun lounges next to the lare pool. Had room service menu and nice breakfast delivered to the room each day.

Breakfast choices were a bit limited but what was offered was nice. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby offer wider choices.

Great villa in the heart of Seminyak

We was hesitant to book this place after reading the reviews however we did not regret booking the stay. The villa was massive and so clean. The staff were also very friendly and the location was fab.

Lovely, Affordable, Authentic Balinese Experience and the staff are truly AMAZING!

The staff were exceptional. Always accommodating and always with a smile. They made us feel welcome and they created a happy experience for our group.

As we travelled in a group and booked several villas, it soon became apparent that some villas were upgraded and built to a much higher standard than others, ours being very dated and looking tired. Unfortunately, the bathtub in the photos looked magnificent–and as I don't have a bath at home, this was something I was actually looking forward to. However, it was stained, old, and didn't look inviting. A general 'older, more tired' styling of our unit, in comparison to the others, was a bit disappointing, considering they were all charged at the same rates. One other slight disappointment was the external communal/entertaining area. This was unbearable in the heat, and the villas would benefit from having external fans installed to make the area usable. With the afternoon sun, the lounge area simply couldn't be enjoyed. Similar heat in the upstairs bathroom, which could likewise use some cooling as it doesn't reach from the bedroom... Other than that, the villas are authentic Bali, and the staff are absolutely wonderful! They made our stay! HIGHLY RECOMMEND The Club Villas!

Beautiful little gem in seminyak

The villas are very spacious and light. There is a great privacy wall and the pool is beautiful, clean and private. The location is really convenient to local bars and restaurants. The staff were amazing. So friendly and welcoming. Service was amazing and no request was too hard. Breakfast were lovely, fresh and tasty.

The location is excellent... The facilities are dated but clean.

All the staff were absolutely awesome... Breakfast was very nice also... The entire villa is cleaned every day day which is nice to return to at the end of the day...

The facilities were very dated... The value for money was definitely not there and have stayed in many places in the same area which were cheaper and better appointed... The Villa has an issue with mosquitoes which are everywhere... There is a mosquito net for the bed for a reason and it is strongly advised to spray the sleeping area inside the mosquito net before retiring to sleep... Not one night or day went by where we were not being bitten by mosquitoes...

A lovely stay, but unfortunately overshadowed by not having our mobility request met.

The location was great, and staff were all very lovely. Breakfast was always delicious (even if not always correct).

The floors were very dirty in the open villa area (we had black feet a lot of the times), and some of the facilities like tapware were in need of some repair. We had also requested minimal steps (and were assured on two occasions that would be no problem) as my mum has limited mobility, and we were given a villa that had many steps (including up into the shower, 3 up & 3 down just to get into the ground floor bedroom, and a very deep step to get to the pool, so she had to access the pool by walking through the plants in the garden). We were unable to swap due to being fully booked, despite requesting this months in advance. This added some unnecessary stress into an otherwise-lovely trip in a beautiful setting.

Beds were extremely comfortable they get an A++ for that. Villa was a great size for our family of 4. Staff are wonderful and very helpful to answer any questions we had.

Bathrooms were a bit dated in the villa we were in.. Stains on the bath and limescale build up in the showers.

Good location.

We booked this property for our honeymoon - booking “honeymoon package”, expecting a 5-star villa based on its Booking.com listing. Unfortunately, the reality was far from what was advertised. Upon arrival, we found the villa run down, with stained bedding and bed bugs in the bed. The water from taps and shower was salty and unpleasant to use — the host even admitted this in writing. The shower had a smell of sewage coming from the drain and was covered in mould. The owner did switch our villa - however, it had the same issues. The overall cleanliness and maintenance were poor, and the property felt unhygienic and unsafe. We checked out before the first night, but the host refused a full refund. This property is far far from 5 star and I would not recommend it to anyone.
