Villa size was good. Location was good. Thankfully i got a good deal on the booking. Staff were polite.

Included breakfast was average, rather just go out and buy breakfast. Location was good other than the street being quite run down and dingy and flooded with any rain. Pretty much no facilities to use outside of the villa, the "gym" was a joke.

Amazing Location

Perfect location in the centre of Seminyak, was so easy to walk around as evrything was right round the corner (markets, restraunts, clubs etc) Staff were super freindly and happy to help out with anything we needed (let us keep our bags at reception whilst we went out for the day) Having a full sized fridge was an awesome addition And the bathroom was so elegant (semi outdoor shower & bath) Wish we couldve stayed longer !

I loved how they had a shower outside the pool area in the honey moon suite, the balcony and kitchen outside also along with the great staff and service

This would of been one of the worse, we didn’t know it was wet season and that it was so bad with mosquitoes me and my son struggled so much with them we went through bottles of repellent, however the staff did try to accommodate to that situation to the best They kept bringing us the mosquitoe essence and those electric bug zappers, we also had a mosquito net around our bed so we just tried to keep the doors closed as much as we could and once room service was done in the morning to keep the mosquito nets closed and doors closed

Traditional Balinese spacious villa with private pool

I saw some bad reviews just before we got there and we were a little nervous.Honestly, we LOVED the villa and we stayed there for a week. The villa is huge for 2 people, the pool is amazing, bed comfortable, smart tv, air-con works great, massive bathroom, clean and quiet. The location is fantastic, right in the centre but quiet at night. Staff are attentive and friendly. The villa definitely needs a refresh with a lick of paint and kitchen replacement, but this doesn’t affect the experience (We didn’t cook anyway). It’s a traditional villa with excellent woodwork so it’s older, and we prefer that than yet another grey block brand new villa with no character.

Wifi was a bit choppy but the reception addressed it immediately. We didn’t like the breakfast…sorry! It needs improvement.

A fantastic place to stay in Seminyak, with some excellent restaurants and bars close by. The beach is about a 15-minute walk away, perfect if you enjoy strolling through the local streets and soaking up the atmosphere.

Great villia, only walking distance from the heart of the strip

Location - the villas sit 100m from Eat Street, literally smack bang in the heart of Seminyak, without feeling overwhelmed by the traffic. The villa - the 1 bedder is spacious for two people, with great size and separation between facilities. The pool is fantastic and daily upkeep is like clockwork. The staff - extremely friendly and attentive; I would receive daily messages from management asking if I needed anything or reminding me to put in my breakfast order. Any request was taken care of in a timely manner. On that note, the breakfast menu is great with continental and traditional options available.

Great Villa!

In a good location near a Main Street and 10 minute walk from the beach. Size of our room was great, with a full size pool, outdoor kitchen area, bedroom, closet and bathroom. Staff were amazing, so kind and willing to help with anything.

The property was not like the photos, not as large as the photos show, the pool was not cool and more like swimming in a hot bath, the bathrooms were not air conditioned and super hot, the aircon water was leaking onto the ground and creating a mud pile which also attracted mosquitoes - we left as we were so disappointed and found another villa

A very pleasant villa with private pool, in a quiet area near to Seminyak village.

The villa was very large and just down a laneway from a major arterial road. Being close to shopping and a few restaurants, so there is no need to hire a bike. Also, the villa was very quiet. The private pool was maintained immaculately and villas cleaned daily.

Furniture is dated and showing signs of decay. There is very limited cooking utensils and the microwave can’t accommodate the large plates, the microwave is too small. We stayed 7 night, during this time the bed sheets were not changed over, just remade.

Our villa was clean and extremely spacious. The (private) pool was amazingly clean and the perfect temperature. All of the staff - from check-in to room service and cleaning, were amazingly friendly and very professional. The breakfasts were huge with options for both Continental and Americal style. The Villas are in an excellent location - just a short walk from 'Eat Street', Seminyak Village, Seminyak Square, Markets and the Beach.

Nice location but very dated and needs some

The location was great. The privacy of the room was great. The size of the space was great. The bed was comfortable. The size of the fridge was good. Air conditioning worked well.

The pool had a leak and needed constant filling which meant it was not holding and chemicals. A mosquito net was required over the bed as the bathroom has a vent/ fan that is constantly open but not working. There is a large gap above the door to the outside shower allowing bugs in. There was no mosquito coils or insect spray provided. There was only 1 power point in the bedroom on the right hand side of the bed. So if you don’t bring a power board or multiple charger then you can only charge 1 thing at a time. The other power point behind the table was not working. There was only one other power point in the bathroom.
