Location and price was good. Large spacious rooms as well as most of the amenities

A few times me hung up the please make room sign but rooms weren’t cleaned

I loved the cleanliness, the amenities, the staff and the breakfast provided. The communication was excellent. It’s the warmth of the staff that makes it all worthwhile. The pool is clean and excellent.

When the holiday ended - we had to say goodbye. So very sad as the people who worked there had become family.

The villas are very spacious and the private pool was great for privacy and to cool down on a hot day. The location is very good as it was a short walk to lots of great restaurants and Seminyak beach.

Although we had daily "cleaners" all they did was empty the rubbish bins, remake the bed and give us fresh towels and 2 bottles of water. We actually had to ask for fresh sheets as it seems they had no intention of changing them at all. Not once in the 2 weeks we stayed there was the floor washed - there was a very brief sweep but the floors really were never clean. The kitchen was not stocked at all - in fact, we had to ask for a jug to have a cuppa and also had to ask for an ice tray. There were a few plates and some cutlery but no cooking equipment. The villas are down a very narrow side track which is not well lit at night and the ground is uneven and full of pot holes, not to mention dodging scooters and cars. It would be so easy to lose your footing and twist an ankle. The bathroom, although spacious, was very smelly and full of mould around the shower. The whole place needs a really good clean.
