Villa Alliv

Magnifique villa, équipement parfait et très propre. Nous avons rencontré un petit problème avec l'arrivée d'eau mais il a été très vite résolu. La personne de contact est très réceptive et fait tout pour que votre séjour se passe au mieux. Vous êtes près de la rue principale avec les restaurants, magasins... Nous avons passé un excellent séjour

Un peu bruyant vu le trafic

Location: Near Seminyak Village & Seminyak Square, as well as La Flavela if you like going to clubs. Many eating spots around the area as well, so it was convenient to grab breakfast. Right next to the villa is an M Mart convenience store to get snacks and any necessities. There is also a Guardian a few minutes down. Amenities: typical villa stay, so do expect the outdoor area to have the occasional mosquito and insects (which they provide mosquito coils and insecticide if needed). Beds were comfortable, toilets clean, many lighting options (bright to dim). Many power sockets too, from their Type C&F sockets to Type G which we appreciated. Almost every wall had a power socket. They provided us with a gallon of mineral water which we appreciated! I believe they would give new ones if more is required. Service: Before your stay the villa manager will contact you. Do inform them of your arrival time so they can meet you at the villa to check-in. Housekeeping comes everyday! They clean both the outdoor and indoor areas. Villa manager is contactable and ready to answer questions when needed (communication via WhatsApp). At night there is also someone outside the villa area in a guardhouse of sorts to help if needed, although we didn't require any during those hours. Security: villa doors can be locked with keys and a latch (latch is only on the inside). Felt safe throughout our entire trip.

Unfortunate timing with the flooding that occurred in Bali right before our stay, so our water source came from the water tank which had to be filled up everyday. However our villa manager Andro was transparent with us about this which we were alright with. He checked in with us every time they had to come in to check on the water tank which was very considerate. Unable to close the curtains fully (seems like the curtain track was stuck somewhere), but we improvised by clipping the curtains together with a claw clip. Doors to the room would be difficult to open sometimes, and the handle of one of the doors dropped out but we could put it back in. Overall not a deal-breaker!

Beautifully presented, fantastic location

Beds were a little hard

Such an amazing location, right in the heart of Seminyak. Will definitely stay here again. Close to Eat street and walkable to the bars near by. There is a mini mart and a massage place right next door. The rooms were lovely and clean. The place is perfect. We were greeted on arrival with a nice ice cold water and snacks. The villa managers were so attentive and helpful and the cleaners came each day to clean the villa & replenish the drinking water in the fridge. The bedrooms were lockable and each with a safe and air con unit.

The only downfall is its right next door to quite a busy lane that motorbikes speed up and down. But I guess thats part of being in Indonesia! We got used to it within a few days and hardly noticed it by the end.
