Good location, easy access and the staff were very friendly.

The staff were so friendly , polite and helpful. The villa was spacious, clean and modern. The pool was a good size and a dip in the cold water soon cooled you down. The location was good, close to the amenities but also private and quiet. Huge breakfast selection served in the villa or pool area.

The most likeable aspect of this property was the hospitality and the staff. They were very respectful and helpful. Really appreciable. Massage service was very good. Food items were delicious. We booked a romantic dinner on my birthday night, food were delicious but not enough variety/portion for the price we paid. However, arrangements were nice and staff were very friendly.

The cleanliness of the rooms and the villa area could have been much more better for the price we paid. The outside pool was not maintained in a level that someone get excited to swim. We did not use it at all. I would recommend to use chloring to make the pool water look excellent. Lots of mosquitos in the room. We even witnessed a rat in the room which was gross. I had issue with the main door lock every night and I had to call the maintenance to fix it every time we were out of the villa. I personally did not like the location of the hotel. The outside area of the hotel could be more organized. The bushes just in front of the hotel looked horrible.
