Wonderful Uma Sapna

Central location close to shops, restaurants and the beach. Our private pool villa was spacious, comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff were always welcoming, friendly and efficient. Another fabulous visit.

Great location, great staff, villa a bit 'tired'

Service is excellent; staff went above and beyond to assist. Breakfast at Kilo restaurant (a la carte ordering) was very nice as well. The location of this property is very good, walking distance to eat street. The property also offers a complimentary buggy to Seminyak Square.

The property itself is quite worn out. The rooms, whilst clean, could do with some maintenance. Tiles chipped, pool needs a pressure clean, needs a paint overall. Some minor maintenance works would make this property 5/5.

Great villa for bali first timers or seasoned veterans.

Could not find anything to complain about. From the location to the amazing staff it was all perfect for our first time to Bali. The staff answerd any questions we had either in person or almost instantly on whatsapp. The included breakfast blew our minds. We wished we stayed longer so we could try the entire breakfast menu.

Uma Sapna was the perfect villa for our week in Seminyak! The staff were amazing. They constantly went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The villa itself was a beautiful space, well kept and lovely for afternoons by the pool with our kids. It’s in a great location, not far to walk to main stretch of Seminyak, or easy enough to get a taxi. Our treatments at The Terra Spa (adjoining spa) were the best we’ve had in Bali. We also really enjoyed the daily breakfasts in our villa from Kilo Kitchen. This is by far the best accomodation I have stayed at in Bali

There are rats in the restaurant (outdoor area), there's a bad smell coming out of the bathroom, the toilet flush doesnt flush well, sometime some residues will come back, we needed to flush a couple more times.

‘Papua’ was a superb villa and a perfect base for our 10 day stay! The staff are exceptional - couldn’t fault them, attentive, courteous and simply lovely!

If I had to be picky, I would say that the villa would benefit from a refresh, a lick of paint, a new wooden platform by the pool, and refreshing of the bathroom areas. Sadly the construction site next door is impacting on a couple of the villas and the noise was disturbing at times, but the team spoke with them whenever it became an issue and it was addressed.

Uma Sapna is a great place to stay

Wonderful quiet villa set in a vibrant location. Close to laundry, warungs and Authorised money changers. A sanctuary after a busy hot day walking and shopping. It was fantastic jumping into our own private pool which was always cool and crystal clear. The room was always clean and tidy. The staff were always smiling, accomodating and happy to try and engage in a conversation, some with language barrier difficulties but always with a smile and a laugh. Kilo restaurant served a good variety of dishes for breakfast and quite happy to mix and match to suit our taste. Will certainly recommend Uma Sapna as a great place to stay.

Exceptional Stay with Heartfelt Hospitality at Uma Sapna.

From start to end, our 4D3N stay at Uma Sapna was nothing short of incredible. The team was exceptionally responsive, sincere, and went above and beyond to ensure my fiancée and I had a beautiful and stress-free experience. Every interaction felt personal — like they genuinely cared. The highlight was definitely the private in-villa candlelight dinner that came with the honeymoon package. The ambiance was dreamy, the food beautifully plated, and the effort put into decorating the space with flower petals and candles made it feel so special and intimate. The guitar & cake sweetened the night! The villa was clean, spacious, and quiet — perfect for couples looking for privacy with comfort. The bathtub filled with rose petals was a magical touch that added to the romance. Daily housekeeping was discreet and efficient, and the in-room amenities were well-stocked and high quality.

Honestly, nothing major to fault. If anything, we would have loved to stay longer! Maybe the floating breakfast in villa was a tad underwhelming so we preferred having it at the amazing Kilo!

Best choice in the center of Seminyak

Excellent location… full privacy and warm, cozy home in Seminyak… you are close to most busy streets… villa is very specious and always clean. Housekeeping is ready for your request any time of thd day. All staff are very warm and helpful.

Beautiful oasis

Wonderful quiet oasis in the middle of crowdy Seminyak. Ira, our guest hostess gave us a warm welcome. The facilities in the appartement are top and housekeeping comes twice a day. We had our own swimming pool in a private garden. Breakfast is excellent at Kilo and everyone is kind and helpful. The yard terrace is beautiful and green.

The property is very well kept. We have been to other villas and what was advertised wasn't really what we got. But here the furniture and facilities were well maintained. The architecture and layout of the villa was spacious and made us feel completely comfortable. Service was impeccable. The staff responded very quickly to our requests. They would come in two times a day to housekeep and also set up the rooms for bed. That was exceptional. The breakfast was by kilo kitchen. We enjoyed the selection of food items but it was not the best we had. It was still good, just not the best we have had in bali.

The roads leading into the villa is narrow and many motorbikes pass by that road, making it slightly dangerous for families. It is no fault of the villa, but parents of young children are advised to travel out when there is less traffic.

Exceptional, luxury accommodation with fabulous service

Beautiful, peaceful Villa, with comfortable surroundings and excellent service. We stayed 6 nights as part of our honeymoon and it was the perfect location to start our trip. The restaurant on site has amazing food, we had breakfast daily and also room service, floating breakfast etc. The staff are so warm and welcoming, room emaculare and cleaned daily as well as sprayed for mosquitos etc.

Gorgeous villa, beautiful staff in excellent location.

Beautiful villa that was super clean and comfortable in a gorgeous setting. Staff were so lovely, made sure everything was perfect for us, the location was so central but our oasis of a villa was extremely quiet and peaceful, which was bliss to return to each day. Kilo kitchen breakfasts were absolutely delicious and the restaurant such a beautiful setting. Could not fault this amazing accommodation. Highly recommend.

Extraordinary

Very luxurious villa and pool! There’s alot of space! It’s way bigger in real life than it looked on the pictures. The staff is SO nice, they really go out of their way to make your stay perfect. It was really way beyond expectation. They also have high hygiene standards. We stayed 13 nights for our honeymoon. From this stay we booked our day trips which was ideal.

The hotel has potential but falls short of the mark.

The security staff really stood out to us. They were delightful and always chatted asking how we were and what our plans were etc. in a friendly and genuine manner. They were also great at helping us cross the road safely! The room was spacious and the air conditioning was excellent. We enjoyed having our own garden and pool. The table and chairs were shaded which was great. We appreciated the bottled water and nightly mosquito treatment. The guest lounge was handy when waiting on our airport pick up.

The property was a little tired. There were lots of marks on the furniture, walls, soft furnishings and bedding. I think the mattress may have been marked (darker patches visible through sheets) but didn’t want to investigate properly for fear of what I would discover. Well really did not enjoy the breakfast - from ‘snotty’ eggs and mushy avocado to incorrect orders, we didn’t not enjoy our food. After the first day and the indifferent service in Kilo reference we chose to have our breakfast delivered to our room. An umbrella and small table for the sun loungers would have been good.

We had an amazing the time. The stuff is wonderful and very responsive. We liked the meal services and the spa too. The villa is a small separate unit that gives a lot of privacy. The pool is deep enough for swimming. The room is spacious and there is a bathtub at the window.

The pictures are a bit distorting, the room is larger but the garden is smaller than it looks.

Seminyak Perfection

Everything! The villas were beautiful and the staff were exceptional on housekeeping and helping us with anything we needed. The location was perfect as we were able to walk every where we needed to and only 20mins from the airport. Kilo kitchen where we were given free breakfast every day was a delicious inclusion. I cannot fault Uma Sapna. We would be back here in a heart beat.
