Villa Bugis Kayu Aya Seminyak

- The breakfast staff were very friendly and were happy to adapt the breakfast to our individual preferences. The villa was also very clean throughout our stay. - The large water dispenser was extremely convenient, as it provided us with plenty of drinking water without having to constantly purchase individual bottles. - A laundry service was also available, making it easy to have our clothes washed directly during our stay.

- Villa Bugis operates several villas in the surrounding area with very similar names. Combined with the confusing street names and insufficiently clear directions, this caused our taxi to take us to the wrong villa, meaning we had to pay for two separate taxi journeys. More precise arrival instructions and a clearly marked location would be helpful. - There is also a karaoke bar nearby where loud celebrations take place every night. The noise made it very difficult to sleep, and we could only rest properly while wearing earplugs. - Although the breakfast staff were very kind, it felt somewhat uncomfortable to have someone inside the villa every morning preparing breakfast while we were still trying to enjoy our privacy. We would have preferred the breakfast to be prepared in advance and delivered directly.

Lovely spacious villa, felt secluded when only being a short way from the town. Perfect way to spend nyepi and staff made sure that all our needs were taken care of. Even did a food shop for us as we arrived the night before Nyepi. Very thoughtful staff, even bought me diabetic rice when I mentioned I was diabetic

Pool made hair slightly green but nothing that can’t be fixed. We loved this place
