Villa Bugis Kayu Aya Seminyak

Great spot. So close to everything

The villa was wonderful, Spacious and comfortable. The staff were wonderful and were very happy to accommodate any requests we had. They came and cooked breakfast in the villa every morning. Guided taxis down the narrow alley way to ensure we could get to our destination. Organised massages, sprayed the rooms every afternoon and set the mozzie coils up. Special mention to Andy (staff) who was absolutely wonderful . Security were great and made you feel very safe. Beds were very comfortable also. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, bars and beach.

The tight alley way to get to villa in car made it a hard task for transport navigation however most are used to it over there.

Our stay was incredible at Villa Nakula by Villa Bugis, the staff were incredible, the location is fantastic, and the house was beyond expectations

- The breakfast staff were very friendly and were happy to adapt the breakfast to our individual preferences. The villa was also very clean throughout our stay. - The large water dispenser was extremely convenient, as it provided us with plenty of drinking water without having to constantly purchase individual bottles. - A laundry service was also available, making it easy to have our clothes washed directly during our stay.

- Villa Bugis operates several villas in the surrounding area with very similar names. Combined with the confusing street names and insufficiently clear directions, this caused our taxi to take us to the wrong villa, meaning we had to pay for two separate taxi journeys. More precise arrival instructions and a clearly marked location would be helpful. - There is also a karaoke bar nearby where loud celebrations take place every night. The noise made it very difficult to sleep, and we could only rest properly while wearing earplugs. - Although the breakfast staff were very kind, it felt somewhat uncomfortable to have someone inside the villa every morning preparing breakfast while we were still trying to enjoy our privacy. We would have preferred the breakfast to be prepared in advance and delivered directly.
