The Urban Retreat Seminyak Private Pool Villas with Butler for Families & Groups

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom villa. There was so much space for our family. It was comfortable, relaxing and gave everyone plenty of room to spread out. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The only thing we found a little tricky was the location shown on Booking.com. The map made it appear that we were quite close to the main street and could easily walk there, but it was actually further away than expected. There also aren’t really footpaths, so with tired little ones we ended up using bikes to get around. Definitely not a reflection on the villa itself, but just something to be aware of when booking. A couple of small suggestions for improvement: the bathroom taps could probably do with replacing, as the water tends to spray onto you/clothes quite a bit when washing your hands. Also, the sun loungers are shaded for much of the day — which is probably a bonus for some guests, but as someone who loves to soak up the sun, I would have loved a little more sunshine! ☀️

Breakfast was great, we managed to do laundry, the pool was amazing! We rented the 6 bedroom villa which had 6 bathrooms. Everyone in my family had a great time.

Ability to order food on a shorter time notice and also the ability to have a more diverse menu items.

Lovely location in the heart of Seminyak, the villa was spacious had everything listed and was very clean. Staff was very helpful and the property was gorgeous and safe. Staff replied within seconds about any concerns we had and was more than willing to go above and beyond during our stay helping us sort out things to make our stay even better.

Property was perfect, clean, location was great, the staff were so caring and quick to respond.

The main road was a little busy with traffic
