Just four minutes from the beach, this home is connected to another home but is totally private and features its own rooftop lounge with panoramic hilltop ocean view. Spend the day at one of SoCal's most gorgeous beaches and Oceanside pier or enjoy the outdoor fire pit and dining area. This home is the perfect home base for exploring everything that Oceanside and SD have to offer. Just minutes from many great dining and shopping areas. Oceanside is a unique surf town with vibrant nightlife, art, live music, breweries, dancing, and delicious food very & centrally-located place. Very close to great surfing as well.
The space
The kitchen and living room area have all the amenities you need to enjoy beach-style living. The living room has a pool table and coffee nook to savor your morning coffee. Washer and dryer are in the unit. Both bedrooms feature queen-size beds. The home is well-decorated to accommodate a Southern California theme. Plenty of storage in the bedroom closets. The rooftop lounge has a seating/dining area as well as a double sun lounger to take in the ocean views and sunsets. The home comes with linens, towels and the basic cleaning essentials you will want to get you started in your home away from home.
**Pet Policy:
- Pets are welcome, but must stay off all furniture.
- An additional fee of $150 per pet applies to your stay.
- If any damages result from pets, you will be responsible for covering those costs.
**Utilities Policy:
-For stays of 28 nights, utilities are included up to $350 per month. Any usage exceeding $350 will be charged to the guest and documented.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Beachtown Bella and made some great memories to cherish! The check-in and check-out processes were easy and straightforward. And the space was lovely: clean, comfortable, and inviting. All the rooms and common areas had well thought out amenities for relaxation and fun. Cooking and meal time were a breeze since the kitchen had an abundance of pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc. If we had any questions or concerns, the hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful. We would definitely book with them again!

Highly recommend this home. Clean, updated, and just overall very nice place. The only thing anybody should know is that to get to the front door you must climb about 5 steps so you need to be able to climb steps. Lovely home!

We stayed at Beachtown Bella for two weeks. The home was clean and comfortable. It worked out very nicely for us because we have two older dogs. During the day there are times when there’s lots of street noise. It wasn’t a problem at night. That was the only negative. We would definitely stay here again with our two dogs.
