Don’t go on the weekend.

It was close to where we needed to connect with guests.

The massive party they had on Saturday with loud guests that destroyed the pool area, stayed above us sounding like elephants and ended with the cops coming to arrest someone.

Excellent lighting, comfortable easy chair, good mini fridge, comfortable mattress. The housekeeping service was very good. WIFI was good. The shower was good with nice water pressure.

They told me they would save a first floor room for me, but they didn't. The room should have had a sofa. The soap dispenser was empty.

We like the location a lot. The rooms are cleaned occasionally and the staff is nice.

The breakfast area was clean and well maintained by the staff.

The hotel room WiFi did not work in the breakfast room though it worked in the hotel room. The food choices were mostly good except for the bean burritos on Thursday which are dry and have very little filling. The ice machine did not work.

They didn’t have the room we reserved. We ordered a king sized bed and got two doubles. They said the property was booked solid and had no king beds left.

We were there for my grandsons graduation from bootcamp.

The staff were very friendly and the rooms were exceptionaly clean. They even came in every day with fresh towels and made the bed up..

The only thing I can think of is the train across the street that we could hear early in the morning.

There should have been a Gideon placed Bible in the room, but none at the hotel at all. Mini-split air conditioner blows air directly into our faces in bed, instead of out into the room in general.

Location was perfect for the purpose of our trip. Everything was clean and well taken care of. Only thing was huge spider and the bath tub drain was slow.

Ant infested vacation to start it off

Hotel room smelled like mildew and the room was infested with ants. Kids woke up with ants crawling on them in their bed. Only received a $40 discount. Room and stay should have been compensated for that night stay.

It's comfortable and feels nice. The layout is good surrounding the pool. Nice tropical plants and trees. It's pretty. Good shampoo conditioner and body wash in dispensers full on the wall. Super clean rooms and common areas. It's a lil spendy but worth it.

The breakfast ends too quickly. They literally pull things out from under you at 9am. It's wild. And the food is a lil weird. Microwave burritos in the plastic bags :/. Other than that. It's ok. U can make waffles

Upstairs Unit with 2 queen beds

It was nice that it was close to eateries and other places. It was nice that shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided in the bathroom. Stayed Thursday, the 18th.

Their breakfast was just okay. There's nothing to brag about. Just so and so. Didn't have too many choices for breakfast. There were no elevators, so we had to use the stairs. It won't be good if you had someone that can't climb the stairs.

The location is good, but there are lots of meth heads roaming around the area. Doesn’t feel super safe.

The guy at the front desk acted like he was cool, but he was a jerk. Wanted to charge us to check in early, then, when we were hanging out at the pool, he said there were no bathroom facilities down there, but there was by the breakfast area. The carpets were also worn and dirty.

AVOID this hotel, transients roam the property at night. Felt unsafe. Sketchy location.

Staff was nice and helpful and the rooms were clean.

Transients hang out around this property and they go around the parking lot at night checking for unlocked car doors. Our car is older and we forgot to manually lock door so unfortunately electronic items were stolen from our middle console. The staff was very helpful sharing security footage and they happily changed us rooms but the location seems unsafe and sketchy, which is no direct fault of the hotel. The hotel is right off the freeway too and the fence that borders the hotel and freeway has homeless people hanging out on the side of the freeway. The beds were uncomfortable and the AC and mini-fridge made noise at night that kept me up until I put white noise on my cellphone to help me sleep. I will never stay at this property again. However, the rooms that are pool view do have a sliding glass door facing the pool that makes it super convenient but we did not use the pool facilities on our stay.

Old, Dirty and Overpriced. Don't stay here unless you are desperate. Avoid price gouging on weekends

I didn't like much about this property and would not stay here again. I strongly object to the hotels policy concerning peak pricing. This is just an excuse to price gouge their customers by raising the nightly rate by $100 on the weekend. This is a budget hotel that should not be charging $279 per night ever. There are lots of choices that are much better. Avoid this property unless you are completely desperate. The one positive was that the bedding was above average.

The hotel is old and shows its age. There are places all around the property that show that the property is old and worn. The carpet in the room was stained, dirty and disgusting. The bathroom floor was filthy and had not been cleaned recently. In numerous places there are dirt and stains on the walls. Limited cable package with no sports, and problems with the streaming causing frequent freezes. Free breakfast was quite disappointing with low-quality foods. The property is near the freeway and there are many people in the area that appear to be displaced which made me feel uneasy. When I checked out there was no manager on duty, only staff with excuses. I wrote the manager later, but she refused to make any adjustment using the excuse that I had booked via 3rd party, (booking.com)

Front desk person, Chris was helpful.

Hot tub was green, the room smelled so string of cleaning products like they were trying to cover up a dirty smell, the rooms were just old and felt grungy, the bathtub was chipping and then glazed over but a poor glazing job, it took 6 minutes for the bath water to get hot then when I tried to adjust it to a comfortable temperature, cold water started dribbling from the shower head. I guess you could say they tried but this is more like a 6/10 rather than the shown 7.9/10.

Front desk staff was extremely rude and almost seemed annoyed to have to check us in. Facility is very old and rundown, nothing like the pictures here show. It was so dirty and in such a bad location that we left after an hour and went to another hotel. Don’t believe all the pictures on booking. 0/5
