Very nice and very relaxing.

Kaza Kokos is like a tropical getaway in San Diego. The decor is a funky collection of island related furnishings with photos and memorabilia from Bali and similar locales. Chris, the owner, was very attentive checking in several times to make sure that my stay was proceeding smoothly.

One thing missing from my room was an easy chair to read or relax in. Other than that, it was nicely furnished with the usual amenities plus a small area for preparing meals, coffee, etc.

Fun & Sun at Kaza Kokos!

Chris was an amazing Host. He also had great tips on where to eat and visit while a Kaza Koko's.

The room was well appointed with the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The patio access and out door lounges theme's were very detailed creating a tropical feel.

Did everything I wanted to do

Location wasprlvate safe and close to alot of.oceansides destinations. The host Chris was welcoming and accommodating.. the room had way more character and privacy than a hotel room

Maybe quiche Lorraine for breakfast. Chateau brioion(sp) for lunch and steak and lobster for dinner served by a good looking southern California girl

A comfortable and cozy stay at Kaza Kokos!

I had a wonderful stay in a private room with a kitchenette. The room was next to a quiet and welcoming patio in the backyard of a private residence in Oceanside, CA. It was lovely! The host was gracious and very kind and even offered a laundry service for $5! An unexpected treat, as I was prepared to search for a laundromat. The kitchenette had everything I needed for simple and easy meals. The house is not far from the beach and there is a shopping center close by. The house is close to the I-5 interstate and was very easy to find. The WiFi was great and easy to connect to. I visit this area frequently and felt very fortunate to find Kaza Kokos. I will definitely stay here next time I am in the area!

Great Ambience....Wonderful stay

Chris is a great host....always in touch and provided the right amount of interaction to make us feel comfortable. The ambience is wonderful with lovely exotic trees. Perfect for a family to visit legoland or a couple for laid back vacation. The holistic approach is a plus.

Peaceful, quiet, serene stay - close to stores, food, beaches, and the freeway.

We went there to get away from the loudness of our home neighborhood during New Year's weekend. We are so glad we chose this place over a hotel (not only for safety from covid-but for the quiet neighborhood). There were even New Year's decorations waiting for us! Nice touch. We didn't have to interact with anyone else in person. The neighborhood was peaceful. The backyard felt like a nice little getaway. Just what we needed to recharge and reset. Thank you!

Just minor things but we would still return to stay! -- The bed could have been more comfortable and there was only 1 chair to eat at the table. There was also no control over central heating when we were there and it kind of messed with our allergies after it was on awhile, but the nights were cold so we chose warmth over our allergies. As stated earlier, these were just minor things compared to the peaceful overall stay, and we would still go back!
