Location was the only good thing

The 3 sofa beds are not beds, one broken leg and we had to prop it up. The other 2 are not straight. Everything was dirty apart from the towels that were provided. Broken knife. Extremely dirty, everyone slept fully clothed as they didn’t want to sleep in sheets. I have registered a complaint and asked for full refund. I have added a few of the 29 photos I took

Incorrect address and pin code for key box sent by booking.com For the price paid I expect better. Bedding and bed linen cheap quality. Toilet has large horrid limescale stain, looks disgusting. No bath mat, no hand towels. No milk or herbal tea, just a few teabags and tin of instant coffee.Pigeon droppings and other mess on back entrance stairs. Ashtray of cigarette butts on windowsill. No safety fire notice. Only access to flat from front of property is by a tiny lift, not good if you're claustrophobic

Disappointed stay

Good location, close to shops, pub, park and beach. The flat was fairly clean and similar to the pictures. The owner was outside the property and I contacted him when I realised there was only a very small lift to access the property that could only fit 2 people.

The building is very dirty, the floor was very dirty and even had a nappy on the floor. There is a very small lift to access the property which is terrifying, after asking the owner I was told I could access the property though the fire exit at the back of the building. There was a drain noise during the night very loud, I barely slept. The bedroom has a window that can't be open and leads to another door. The window had a light on all night so my room couldn't be completed dark. I felt embarrassed to bring my kids there as I thought it was good after reading the reviews.

Great little apartment for a stay in Portsmouth

Lovely apartment, and great location. It was clean and tidy, and had plenty of space for a group of three to stay! Brilliant value for money. The host was lovely and helped clear up the confusion on the flats location immediately. Would definitely book again.

Was a bit odd that there were no stairs to get down to the flat - only a small lift. Directions in Google maps kept taking us to the hotel next door.
