Overall the townhouse was good, clean, well furnished, and the kitchen was clean, and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the only problem we had was that we could not open the window in our bedroom because the hinge was broken. What ever the weather my wife and I always have the window open, we had the floor fan running all night to stop the bedroom from getting to hot and the door open.

We spent a very comfortable 10 days at Bob and Lizzie's place. Everything you might need is available - obviously a lot of thought has gone into this. The house was very clean and the area is ideal - beach, parks, pubs, shops, etc. all close by. We wouldn't hesitate to book again. Thank you both :)

We had the best time and the house was perfect for our family. We were able to visit family really easy from the location and so handy for stokes bay. Definitely recommend and will definitely book again.

Our property was lovely, nicely decorated with 2 bathrooms both fitted with good shower units. The kitchen had all the equipment and more than you need for a stay. The furniture was clean, comfortable and homely. Everything in the property was in good repair and the owners left a very comprehensive folder not only about the property but also advice on local attractions, eating establishments and transport . It felt like everything had been thought of by the owners and that they had definitely left the property the way they and guests would like to find it. We would highly recommend this property and would definitely consider rebooking in the future.

We chose this property because of its size, two full baths and location…close to our family and the beach. Lizzie was very attentive, quick to respond and helpful. The house was clean and comfortable. We had a long stay (16 nights) and found it nice to have all the comforts of home. Great spot especially in summer

The property was good for us as we needed somewhere to stay for several weeks with 4 dogs. Bob met us at the property and showed us round, and there are little notes stuck around to give hints of how to use things. Enough room for us two adults but there are a lot of personal belongings so limited storage space. There is a small room downstairs leading to the courtyard and this was cool and where our dogs slept, the top two floors got really hot when there was any sun as there is floor to ceiling glass on the living room - worth keeping the window ajar at all times. The townhouse is in the middle of an estate so can get noisy with traffic and slamming doors but is only 10 minutes walk from the beachfront and the Alver Valley country park. Browndown military training camp is nearby and the sound of guns and explosions was a bit disconcerting for the dogs, however when they are not fighting the whole of the beach area is available to walk dogs.

In a quiet neighborhood with a 15 minute walk to a park, the beach, grocery store, restaurants, and a museum. Bus stop nearby. Small private garden with a patio. Wifi was fast enough. Hostess was friendly. We felt right at home.

Ideal location for us as have family in the area. A large town house with plenty of space. Comfortable and clean for our stay. If you are new to the area it’s a good base to go exploring the SE coast from. Host were prompt in answering all messages

Although a town house in a busy estate it didn't feel like it. Quiet, comfortable, easy parking and easy to walk locally if you're feeling fit.
