The location was perfect for where we were visiting.
Short walk to nearby shops and takeaways. The accommodation was spotless and the host was amazing, very quick to reply to any queries we had.
The hill back up from the shops is no good for anyone with mobility problems.

Self-contained accommodation guaranteed privacy during our stay. Owner has given clear attention to privacy and security, with lock box, coded gate entry and CCTV in place.
It is on a very steep hill and we arrived having cycled 85 miles!

Ease of parking, good location and quiet area. Situated close proximity to the zoo (in walking distance) and is only a short drive to Tesco Extra if looking to stock up or a wider variety of things. Shops, cafes and restaurants nearby but does involve a steep hill so bare that in mind.
No negatives. If I was to make a suggestion, would only be a slightly larger sofa in the main room as we spent evenings in there watching TV.

Perfect value for money, in a good location outside Edinburgh, great parking on the drive. For a small cottage there was a very good use of space with the kitchen and living.
