Lovely clean and well appointed apartment with own front door. Easy to access public transport , quiet and a lovely walk along the canal into town. Helpful staff
Despite a few minor niggles it was a superb place to stay
A couple of things would have been useful - a tea towel in the kitchen, a mirror near a plug for using hairdryer - the only mirror was in the bathroom. There was no WiFi code anywhere to be found so we couldn’t use that. There was no bedroom Velux window was ajar but there was no pole to reach up and close it. A couple more glasses would have been nice too
We had requested linen for the sofa bed as we did not want to share a bed but there was no duvet or linen ready. However, we contacted the owner who quickly went out and bought new stuff so that was really great, Thank You

The property was private and extremely comfortable. Great shower, water pressure was very good. The bed was extremely comfortable. Great living space with comfy sofa and large tv. Super central location if you are visiting The Corn Exchange and there are lots of buses running into Edinburgh.
The clear glass front door left us feeling a little exposed especially when exiting the bathroom. A frosted decal applied to the inside of the glass would solve this issue. A mirror in the bedroom for hair styling would have been great as the only mirror is in the bathroom. And lastly, the velux window in the bedroom is open and there was no rod to close it shut. It did make the bedroom a little cool. But it didn’t spoil our stay.

I have to say, it was very clean, and well equipped. It was like a little home away from home, and everything worked well and was seemingly fresh/ new.
I can’t really complain… me and a mate came to watch a gig at the corn exchange and I found it difficult to sleep on the sofa bed. I am picky and a terrible sleeper… that’s as bad as I could comment on this gem of a spot.
