Exactly what we wanted. We were left in peace.

Bedroom adjacent to family bathroom. Some toiletries and hairdryer in room and facilities for making a cuppa. Some single packed biscuits. Comfy clean room. Iron and board in room if needed. Lovely big mirror and towels. Hannah and her daughter greeted us, then left us alone. Lovely family. Quiet house. Parking on road, felt a safe area and 10 mins from airport which was our priority.

We didn't stay for even 1 night because it was very cold

Location, no breakfast we didn't like room we want a refund because we didn't stay there. Was not for us want a full refund. I will not recommend it to anybody.

Family friendly to perfection!

Hana and her daughter immediately made us feel welcome the moment they greeted us at the door. My son finally had someone to play with on this holiday! 🤣 The kids played out back in the garden, and Hana made me a tea and we chatted in the garden for a good 45 mins before I needed to make dinner, and get us to bed early for an early morning flight. They had set up a very large comfort station in the room and that was incredible and we absolutely took advantage of the cappuccino and hot chocolate in the morning! I thoroughly enjoyed this lovely home and the family was incredible, letting me putter about with the little busyness necessary while traveling with a child. I felt perfectly at home here 🥰

A pleasant stay in exquisite house, graced by exceptional hosts.

For one day, We were guests at this beautiful house in a quiet neighbourhood, where the host's warmth matched the magnificence of the place. Its proximity to airport was really convenient for our flight next morning. Meeting Jessie, the delightful furry resident, added an unexpected touch of joy to our stay.

The appearance/interior, as soon as you walk to the house and then inside. It was modern. The cleanliness. The coffee/tea facilities in the room. The clothes rail was a bonus incl iron and ironing board! The bus stop (which took around 20 minutes to get into town was helpful)

Basic breakfast facilities could of been provided, even for a small extra fee. Otherwise, all good thanks.

Basic accommodation in a private house but ideal for overnight stay - proximity to city and airport

No breakfast. This is basic accommodation in a private house but served my purpose of an overnight stay in Edinburgh. Hosts very helpful. Showed me where to catch the bus into the city. Frequent bus ride taking about 30 minutes. Kettle and biscuits provided.

Warm friendly welcome, very comfortable, lovely clean room.

It was equivalent to a room in a luxury hotel at great value for money. It was scrupulously clean, freshly decorated, the bed was very comfortable. There were tea/coffee making facilities, bath gel, shampoo etc, hairdryer, even iron and ironing board. The surroundings were quiet and peaceful. The hosts friendly and kind. A very safe environment for a solo traveller. A short walk from the main road where there are busies to and from central Edinburgh. I would go back anytime and would not hesitate to recommend it to friends.

Hana and Michal were brilliant hosts. Me and my partner were welcomed in with open arms to their property and made to feel at home. We needed a place to rest for the night as we had an early flight from Edinburgh airport the next morning and their home was more than what we needed. We enjoyed getting to know them. They’re a lovely family and it was a perfect start to our trip!
