Very disappointed, every day a problem at the villa!

Very dirty yard, broken sun loungers, we had no towels, in one of the rooms we had no hot water in the shower! No one took out the trash, no cleaning staff!

Poor quality property

The only thing that was good about this property was the location.

Rented as a luxury property this property was far from that. Whilst it had the amenities of luxury accommodation it was far from that. The smell on the ground floor of the place was bad. There was damp in one of the corners of the main room and the wallpaper was peeling as a result. The decor of the property was very dated and paint peeling / dirty. The pool area was really shabby and the small planted area not maintained. Could really do with a major overhaul to bring it up to date with modern standards. Provision of towels for the stay was also bad. We had 4 microfibre towels to use for the pool as well as the bathrooms. No hand towels or face cloths. Not acceptable given the price of the stay.

Cozy, spacious and overall convenient

The Villas are really spacious, presented nicely clean and tidy. Reception team was super friendly and had great assistance from the first contact, to the arrival and check in and the check out. Precise informations, super polite and precise.

Kitchen equipment could be improved, oven mits were missing and tools are kind of limited. Definitely need some touch ups for wallpapers and paint here and there. Kind of a bummer that they require noises to be limited at 9.00pm already, even on weekends, but they asked kindly to have consideration for the neighbours so it's understandable.

Not worth the money

I liked the location

We arrived early, was told be could only check in at 3pm. We went out for tour, came back at 11pm only to find no bedding in some of the rooms. We called for bedding, they brought us wet bedding. The bathrooms had a water leakage, which they should have checked before letting us in. Throughout our stay I had to constantly be sending messages requesting bustin bags and toilet paper. We originally booked for 10 people, however the apartment only had 6 plates, some which were chipped, 2 glasses and 5 cups. The front desk staff member was extremely rude to certain guests. He tends to be nice to European guests and totally rude to Indian guests.Overall this was not worth the money paid. Highly disappointed

privat pool was not cleen alot of dirty .. under sofa some dirty like tessu and some dust ..one of the bath shower there were many lock of hair in the floor..so the villa was not deep clean which made me feel bad mood 😒

Beautiful and quiet location with a sense of privacy, few people around, a convenient on-site shop, friendly staff, pet-friendly policy (we stayed with a large dog without issues), a spacious living room with a large sofa suitable for a big family, and attentive yet unobtrusive security. Отличное живописное расположение. Тихо, мало людей. Чувство уединения. Удобный магазинчик в отеле. Приветливые сотрудники. Мы были с крупной собакой, и проблем не возникало. Просторная гостиная с огромным диваном, на котором вся большая семья удобно располагалась. Внимательная, но ненавязчивая охрана.

Мы оплатили гастрономическую сумму за отдых на вилле в новогодние праздники большой семьей в 9 человек. А оказались на морозной вилле! Ни один кондиционер не работает на обогрев. Ни в одной комнате температура ночью не поднималась выше 19 градусов. Дети сразу заболели. Мы ходили в вилле в термо носках и в обуви. Достали всю свою самую теплую одежду. Нам сказали, что обогревателей на виллы не хватает. И сделать с холодом ничего нельзя. Мы вели с отелем заблаговременную переписку целый месяц до момента заселения, но нам ни разу никто ни словом не намекнул, что будет так холодно и чтобы мы запаслись теплой одеждой. К слову, несколько членов моей семьи жили в Дубай много лет, но они также никогда здесь настолько не мерзли в помещении. На мое возмущение сотрудник только ответил: «Это же Дубай зимой. Вы должны были знать». Плохо работают смывы практически во всех раковинах, душах и ванных виллы. В ванной моей спальни всегда на полу скапливалась вода. Протекает труба под раковиной на кухне. Протекает даже один из унитазов: его приходили чинили, и все равно протекает. При заселении не работала посудомоечная машина. Ее забрали на ремонт, и мы несколько дней были без нее, пока не привезли отремонтированную. Несколько раз вышибало пробку электричества на первом этаже. В общем, каждый день нам приходилось вызывать сотрудников для устранения той или иной поломки. И вместо наслаждения отдыхом мы наблюдали вереницу ремонтников. У меня нет особых претензий к сотрудникам отеля. Я верю, они делали все что могли. Но у меня множество вопросов к руководству отеля. Требуется капитальный ремонт. Такое состояние вилл просто позорит Пальму Джумейра.

ثاني يوم كان يوم مرعب بالنسبه لإبني ولنا قاعد في هدوء وسلام ويطيح عليه الديكور اللي مركب عليه جهاز التكييف نفس اللي فالصورة الحمدلله ما راح راسه ولا تعور وكنت قادرة اشتكي واخذ حقي منهم بس عارفه اني انا اللي بتعب من الموضوع وبيطول الموضوع ولا بحصل فايدة غير نظيف صراحة الكنب كلها بقع الحمامات فيهم ريحة الجلسه الخارجيه كلها عفن وتراب خدمه تعبانه نتصل الريسيبشن ساعه لين يردون وعشر ساعات ينفذون طلبك
