Sunkiss Cottage is the most perfect little cottage over looking the Bangehoek area of Stellenbosch. It has two very comfortable bedrooms and a cosy open plan lounge/dining/kitchen. The big fireplace warms the whole place up so beautifully and it stays toasty warm throughout the night. In summer there is a lovely patio off the dining room which would be perfect for sitting on and sipping wine. The gardens around the main house and dam are beautiful to walk around, with exquisite views over the Bangehoek valley. The farm is quiet and peaceful. The hosts, Calra and Robert, communicated very well with all necessary information ahead of time and were close to hand if anything was needed. Otherwise, we were left in total peace and quiet. We could have been the only people around for miles! Thank you, we will be back!

Die Lage ist absolut atemberaubend! Liegt völlig einsam inmitten einer Pflaumenplantage! Auf der Terrasse waren viele Obstbäume an denen wir uns mit Zitronen, Birnen und Granatapfel bedienen durften. Das Häuschen ist sehr nett eingerichtet, es hat alles da was man braucht. Auch Waschmaschine und Trockner. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten hier einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt mit hervorragendem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Gerne wieder!!

Facilities are a bit sparse. Barbecue could do with upgrade as it’s self catering No complementary coffee tea sugars milk etc firewood would be good
