The pictures given of the property looks like what it was. Value for money. Close to city centre in car.

It started bad before I even arrived. The property was supposed to give me details on checking in the morning from 9-10:30am. I had to reached out to ask after that time. Then they messaged to say my booking for studio 2 can’t be given as the people before us has said there was bed bugs so they gave us studio 6 at the last minute so had no choice but to take what was given. The pictures given looks like it but when at property looking closer all the edges were dirty especially in the bathroom. They also say £300 fine if any rubbish are left behind even though we found empty wrappers under the beds. I think had we stayed at studio 2 it would have been different as I read the reviews for that property and it was fine. This is not the property fault but the area is not as safe. The 4 days that we were there it was hot and there was no fan. We open the window but had to shut it as smoke smell were coming in from people smoking outside near property.
