We didn't like the fire alarm control panel that was going on all night and the next day they fixed it, but it went off again so the sleep could be better if there was no alarm beeping in the background. I wanted an additional folding chair as there were only 2 as we were 3 of us, but they couldn't provide it. It also could be hoovered better.

Very comfortable beds, nice modern bathroom/kitchen. plenty of on street parking
I would have preferred to receive the information about codes for the key safe the evening before our stay. As it was we had to delay our departure from home in order to get the info (which once it arrived was very clear and well presented). The layout of the main room could do with improvement, for example you can only watch TV by sitting on the floor outside the bathroom. A shelf in the bathroom for toiletries would be useful
