Noisy HMO

Would not recommend. No real arrival policy, a man shouted out the window asking what do I want and to knock on next door for the key. Laminate floors and stud walls to make criminally small rooms mean you hear everything. Sounded like people moving furniture at 7pm, 9:30 loud carrying on, 1 am the man who shouted out the window was on such a loud speakerphone conversation I could hear both of them. Room 4 has an obvious water ingress problem. While not quite freezing, 5c, the heating is not on in the house with no obvious way to turn it on. Mould in the shower, no soap in the bathroom despite it stating toiletries provided. The listing does not make it clear this is an HMO situation. If you’re travelling for business and need a good night sleep, at least the bed is comfy. The house is not calm, constant noise. Street parking is limited. Two stars, one for price, one for comfy bed. However the lack of sleep from other inconsiderate residents warrants no stars being left at all.

The quiet location and parking was very easy

The security wasnt good nobody was on site to help with any issues the key was under the mat and was advised to leave it there when we left also the wardrobe wouldn't open and no television in the room or the building

Location was OK, and the host was reachable

The place was comfortable, but, found it difficult to sleep as the smell of smoke through the night kept me up. Also could do with maybe tea or coffee facilities. Parking also was a night mare.

Very clean and comfortable. Friendly welcome. Thank you, we had a good rest.

The shower was very nice but didn't drain very well. It would be nice to have a lamp and a mirror in the room, but these are not essential.

The house echos alot so can hear everything and could hear people downstairs in the early hours of the morning. It was a shame because everything else was great
