The stay was owesome only a few hiccups that can be corrected

The location was easily accessible. The ambiance was good and the atmosphere was friendly. Only one cup provided for a double room and 1 bottle of water. The host need to consider improving on picking calls and responding to message from clients. Requested for door password which we didn’t get any response for hours. We didn’t want to wake the host when we came back from our party. Several of our calls went unanswered.

Funny smell coming from bathroom. No where to park. Thought the room was on the ground floor.

I booked for two nights....stayed for just one night

What did I Like? The bed was very good

the noise....you can hear EVEYTHING...including the bloody beep beep on incoming messages from someones cell phone! the TV was in the wrong place, impossible to watch laying down.....the bed needs changing to the one shown in the photo's.

Good value for money but location is different to the pin on the map

It's a small little lodge, very clean and says whats in the tin.

I was a bit irritated that the location of the house is different to where its marked on the map at booking.com as I'd intentionally picked it for it's location which turned out to be no where near its real location (pin at the bottom of Foleshill Rd, actual location on Villiers Street). That soured the whole stay a bit as I also only received a reply to my questions the day of my arrival, meaning I couldn't cancel without loosing what I paid and not knowing if it was a scam until the day off.

One thing which was bad is heating the room were cold even when I turn on radiator, at least bed was very comfortable and warm
