Love the setup. The bedsheets were crispy neat. Available pots, plates and cups. everything was fine.
What I didn't like was there was no broom and dustpan. That didn't make it easy to keep the apartment neat until I bought mine. I think such should be made available.
Also their customer service staff was rude and not nice at all.

The smallest bathroom we have ever experienced, with the toilet being so close to the wall it was uncomfortable to use. Had to climb over the toilet to use the shower
Old fridges and general rubbish up the side of the property made parking a bit tricky in the dark.
I received an excessive amount of messages from the property via email, text and the app both prior to and following our stay.
I had to transfer £50 immediately, and provide evidence of transfer via screenshot before being provided with the access code to the spare key lock-box. This was stressful late at night in the dark, especially as we had been working for 12 hours at a local music festival. The host agreed to refund the money when the key was located, however this was not completed for a few days and after several messages.
