Exceptional place; all facilities were provided. When I arrived — just before check-in, I was running late for an event and didn’t realise the true distance to pick up the house keys, so the host asked me to book an uber ride, and he would pay for it. He did exactly that. Just wow! On the second day of my stay, the host ensured that the bedroom TV was replaced, as he said the previous one was broken. He ensured it was working properly, and kept good communication with me to make sure everything was going smoothly. Overall a great stay!

The ambience, nice comfy lounge sofa, Big Screen TV and strong constant Wi-Fi made this bolthole an ideal "ManCave" to unwind, relax and lock yourself away from the outside world!..
At the time, there were no frying pans/ casserole dishes..Just wanted to make eggsb/ omelette.. Spoke with host and they have added some recently.

I like the host. He was kind. It was also spacious. I loved the shower, one of the best showers I have had. If you have a car and perhaps are in Warwick for the Uni for a day or 2. I would recommend.
The area was shady. No nice view. There were no mugs, so could not make tea/coffee. The handwash bottle contained water, instead of real soap. There were no dustbins. The Sofa bed was definitely not comfortable for 2 people, even though I paid for 4 people to stay in the flat.
