It was clean and comfortable and a convenient 20 minutes from the NEC in Birmingham.

This is a self catering property with a reasonably well eqipped kitchen and plenty of space in fridge and freezer for my own food. There is an Aldi 5 minutes walk away for any supplies required. Comfortable lounge which although was a shared space I had to myself so was like home from home for my 3 days stay.

A bedside light would have been a useful addition to my room which was otherwise well equipped with storage space and a comfortable bed.

Horrendous. Totally different from the advertising.

Beds were uncomfortable. Shared Bathroom, not per request. There were three guests sleeping on couches downstairs, They looked like they were all living there!!!!! I was kept awake for over 2 hours by a guy on the phone to India "his words", talking loudly in the house and garden, even after I called out of my window, he ignored me. Then there was the smell off food being cooked at 5am, and the noise of the microwave. The shower was ok, but it was not very clean. Another guest was locked out of his room and was shouting and threatening to Knock the door down, whilst on the phone to Emilio I think. Downstairs looked filthy, like the guys lived and cooked there, and also smelt of cigarettes.

HOUSE FROM HELL

Nothing, we wanted to book a different place but it was full so he sent me pictures of this other place which looked nice, but he failed to mentioned it was a house share…. When we arrived I was horrified to find 4 other people in the house… my friend had to stay in the sofa because there were no other beds left. My bed must have had a whale sleeping In it or been hit by a meteorite because I was just constantly sinking into the middle of the bed. I woke up with HORRIFIC neck and back pains which completely ruined the poker tournament I’d travelled 3 hours to play. The parking was terrible the drive is only sized for a mini cooler or a smart car and there was a tree In the way of the drive?! Awful experience, we were conned completely by this guy. The other people that were staying at the house with us happened to also be playing the same poker tournament and we got chatting, they told us this man also failed to tell them that other people would be staying in the house. Unbelievable! Should be taken off this site for scamming people. Unless you want to live like a bunch of illegal immigrants all hiding in a house together, go somewhere else!

EVERYTHING! Clearly all the money went into the fake grass in the garden and NOT the house
