Location, private garden, good TV, nice amount of space and good facilities, good communication from hosts, location is great - 5 minute walk to shops and train station.
Floors looked clean but were filthy - bare feet and white socks got so so dirty. And a few bits missed by cleaner ahead of us arriving like a kids toy underneath one of the beds and food left in the fridge. Other than this, fine.

Really nice spacious apartment with everything you'd need. Was very clean inside. Communication with the host was excellent and we appreciated the detailed online house manual. Very professionally run. The apartment was within easy reach of the station and town centre, and we also managed to walk from there to the Castle and Bute Park and to Cardiff Bay.
The neighbourhood is not pretty - it's opposite a garage and there is building work nearby - but it's close to the main attractions and we weren't disturbed by any noise.
