The location is excellent, very central and the apartment is very spacious with comfortable beds and was very clean.
There were a couple of issues with this apartment but I want to say the host was very prompt and dealt with issues quickly and that's why I gave them a 7. On arrival the TV was missing, I reached out to the host and they explained the circumstances but it would have been nice to know beforehand. There was also a missing hairdryer and toiletries. I brought this to the hosts attention and they went out of their way to get me one and I thankfully had my own toiletries so it didn't make or break the holiday. As a suggestion could I recommend equipping the kitchen a little more. There isn't a lot of utensils to use for cooking.

I really like the location since we can walk from the apartment to any restaurants, coffees and pubs nearby. It was really close to the Cardiff Castle as well (about 5 mins walk)
Sometimes it quite noisy with the door in the neighbourhood, they might make some noise but it didn’t really bother me

The property its self is perfect. We used it for hyrox so was perfect location for the stadium. It was clean and spacious and had everything we needed.
We had to pay £190 security deposit which we did as soon as requested. Even after confirming all was ok and we would receive this back we are still waiting for the payment and the communication from the property has been awful.
