The most positive point of the property is the location. It is just 5 mins away from Cardiff Central Train station and city centre. The bus station is also 5 to 6 mins away from the property. Cardiff city centre, Cardiff Castle and other attractions can be covered while walking as everything is very close. The location is perfect to stay near to the city centre with family. The property is a old victorian building but very well maintained. The only issue I felt, as the property is quite old there is no lift and our flat was at top. I have travelled with my parents as well who are senior citizen, they felt it hard to climb up the staircase. The owner of the property Nick is very cordial, very helpful. I was struggling to handle the thermostat to increase the room temperature and Nick helped me whenever I needed. he guided me how to enjoy the city, where to go and what are the places which will be good to visit with family.
I have few suggestions to make the property more user friendly: -
1. If some more light can be added at the staircase area as during the winter and evening time, the existing lights are little less.
2. The cookware provided are quite old, those need to be replaced. If some more can be added, will be great.
3. Few items like kitchen towel, hand wash etc can be provided.
I am really pleased to stay here with my family and I recommend that if you don't have any problem to climb the stairs, you can consider this property - 100%. You will love the location.

Host was helpful and kept a clear communication before and after the stay. The appartement was well located we found it comfortable. The kitchen and living room were very spacious.
