Beautiful put together house. Lots of sleeping arrangement options, wonderful location and perfect for a group stay. Clean and everything working and functional. The lock box for the key was very convenient for check in and out and also for leaving at the property which worked great with a large group.
Only one toilet which was difficult with the number of people, but a worth while compromise for the price of stay. The kitchen was a bit sparsely stocked, we mostly ordered out so this wasn’t a problem but you would struggle to cook for the number of people it sleeps. The garden was a bit tired, but wasn’t a problem for our stay.

The decor, the number of rooms, and the laundry facilities.
We had difficulty locking the front door, as we didn't know the trick. We also had to do some detective work to work out how to turn the heating on as we could not find any information on the property in the property and we arrived quite late at night and did not want to ring anybody at that hour of the day. At least one bed and pillows were lumpy. The lounge was broken. Many of the internal doors did not shut properly.
